【摘要】：高科技園中良好的公共開放空間可以緩解人們工作壓力,促進(jìn)社會(huì)交往和知識(shí)交換,激發(fā)創(chuàng)新思維。高科技園是以密集的高素質(zhì)科技工作者為依托的,更應(yīng)充分關(guān)注他們的使用感受和需求。本文以深圳市高新園為例,探討構(gòu)建一套科學(xué)的使用后評價(jià)(POE)體系對高新園公共開放空間進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)全面的滿意度調(diào)查;探討對公共開放空間進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化,創(chuàng)造出高品質(zhì)的空間環(huán)境,滿足使用者的需求。本文首先對高科技園、公共開放空間等概念進(jìn)行解析。其次介紹使用后評價(jià)(POE)的相關(guān)概念和應(yīng)用方法。然后介紹了深圳市高新園的發(fā)展歷程和空間特征,通過先導(dǎo)性調(diào)研和參與性觀察,對深圳市高新園公共開放空間現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行初步調(diào)查分析,并了解使用人群行為特征。進(jìn)而根據(jù)前期研究,借鑒國內(nèi)外學(xué)者構(gòu)建的公共開放空間評價(jià)體系,整理出評價(jià)因子篩選集,在篩選的過程中充分考慮高新園公共開放空間的規(guī)劃目標(biāo)和實(shí)際特點(diǎn),通過專家打分法和層次分析法最終構(gòu)建深圳市高新園公共開放空間評價(jià)體系,并設(shè)計(jì)相對應(yīng)的調(diào)查問卷。調(diào)查問卷以使用者對公共開放空間的需求和感受為出發(fā)點(diǎn),采用李克特量表法和層次分析法,考察使用者對公共開放空間各構(gòu)成要素的滿意度,物質(zhì)層面包括綠地空間、廣場空間、道路空間、配套設(shè)施四大要素;精神層面主要從場所精神入手得出相關(guān)的使用者的滿意度。最后利用數(shù)據(jù)軟件處理相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)得出綜合評價(jià)結(jié)果,總結(jié)其成功之處和存在的問題。根據(jù)上述滿意度評價(jià)分析,針對存在的問題,提出優(yōu)化目標(biāo)和優(yōu)化原則。借鑒國內(nèi)外高科技園的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),相應(yīng)從綠地空間、廣場空間、道路空間、配套設(shè)施、場所精神幾個(gè)方面提出相對應(yīng)的優(yōu)化策略。通過研究本文希望以深圳市高新園為例,構(gòu)建科學(xué)的高科技園公共開放空間使用后評價(jià)體系,了解使用者的真實(shí)感受和需求,通過數(shù)據(jù)分析總結(jié)高新園公共開放空間的成功之處和存在的問題,進(jìn)而提出有針對性的優(yōu)化策略,提升公共開放空間品質(zhì),體現(xiàn)人文關(guān)懷。這也有助于我們在高科技園的設(shè)計(jì)中更加注重使用者的感受,創(chuàng)造出高品質(zhì)的公共開放空間,為以后高科技園中的公共開放空間設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Good high tech park in public open space can ease the pressure on people to work, to promote the exchange of social interaction and knowledge, inspire innovative thinking. High tech park with intensive is relying on high-quality scientific and technological workers, more should pay attention to their feelings and needs. In this paper, using the high tech Park of Shenzhen city as an example, to construct a scientific post occupancy evaluation (POE) system comprehensive satisfaction survey of high tech park public open space; to explore the further optimization of the public open space, to create a high quality environment, meet the user's needs. Based on the concept of high-tech park, public open space is analyzed. Secondly, the use of evaluation (POE). The related concepts and application methods. Then introduces the characteristics and development space of high tech park in Shenzhen City, through pilot research and participatory observation, high-tech city of Shenzhen Preliminary investigation and analysis of status quo of public open space Park, and understand the behavior characteristics. Then based on the previous research, from the public open space evaluation system construction at home and abroad, sorting out the screening evaluation factor set, fully consider the planning objectives and the actual characteristics of high tech park public open space in the screening process, through expert scoring analysis method and analytic hierarchy process, finally construct the public open space of high tech park, Shenzhen City, the evaluation system, the corresponding questionnaire and questionnaire design. To users of public open space needs and feelings as the starting point, using Likert scale method and hierarchical analysis method, study users of all elements of the public open space satisfaction. The material aspect includes green space, square space, road space, facilities of the four elements; the spirit level mainly related to start from the spirit of place The user's satisfaction. Finally, using the data processing software related data obtained the comprehensive evaluation results, summarize the successes and problems. Based on the analysis of satisfaction evaluation, aiming at the existing problems, put forward the optimization goals and optimization principles. Learn from the successful experience of domestic and foreign high-tech park, from the green space, square space, road space, supporting facilities, put forward the corresponding optimization strategy of place spirit aspects. Through the research of this paper hope to high tech park of Shenzhen city as an example, to build a scientific evaluation system of high tech park public open space after use, to understand the user's real feelings and needs, through data analysis, summarizes the achievement of high tech park public open space and the existing problems, and then put forward some optimization strategies, enhance the quality of open space, embodies the humanistic care. It also helps us in high tech Park The design pays more attention to users' feelings and creates high quality public open space, which provides a reference for the design and optimization of public open space in high-tech parks.
