【摘要】:在我國城市化建設(shè)蓬勃發(fā)展至今,建筑形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)很大程度上是遵循現(xiàn)代建筑的設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則在大批量生產(chǎn),不考慮場(chǎng)地地形,忽略人文特征,缺失場(chǎng)所精神,導(dǎo)致了如今所見的“千城一面”之景。而當(dāng)我們認(rèn)識(shí)到這一問題,并且在政策上提出城市建設(shè)需體現(xiàn)尊重自然、順應(yīng)自然的觀點(diǎn)時(shí),如何順應(yīng)自然,如何因地制宜就成為必須討論的課題。當(dāng)我們把視角移向國際建筑創(chuàng)作領(lǐng)域,早已有一種不同于現(xiàn)代建筑的設(shè)計(jì)取向在默默堅(jiān)持并廣受好評(píng)。那就是基于地形適應(yīng)的建筑設(shè)計(jì),即把地形作為建筑設(shè)計(jì)的重要有機(jī)參照,一定程度上避免和消解建筑與地形的對(duì)峙關(guān)系。而這一取向在當(dāng)代建筑設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域愈來愈占有重要分量。盡管平整地形可以大大減小建筑設(shè)計(jì)的難度,但是從地形出發(fā)思考的設(shè)計(jì),則具有其獨(dú)特性的場(chǎng)所精神。當(dāng)城市化成為一種不可逆的進(jìn)程時(shí),尊重場(chǎng)地的原始地形,因地制宜的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)成為我國建筑設(shè)計(jì)師必須正視的主題。本文的研究目的就在于分析總結(jié)建筑對(duì)地形的適應(yīng)關(guān)系和實(shí)施策略,為實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑與自然地形環(huán)境和諧相融尋求有效的設(shè)計(jì)手段。研究報(bào)告共分為三個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章是緒論,主要介紹研究對(duì)象以及設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目背景。第二章是對(duì)研究背景,即地形適應(yīng)的建筑設(shè)計(jì)策略和處理手法進(jìn)行闡述。這一章分為兩個(gè)部分。第一部分介紹國內(nèi)外建筑設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)地形適應(yīng)的策略,此部分內(nèi)容主要是對(duì)手法策略的總結(jié)和歸納分類,將建筑與地形的適應(yīng)關(guān)系總結(jié)為四類,覆土建筑、臺(tái)階建筑、架空建筑以及地形建筑,分別舉例闡述。第二部分介紹在地形適應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)中遇到建筑使用空間部分或全部埋入地面層以下時(shí),對(duì)建筑室內(nèi)物理環(huán)境的優(yōu)化措施。這部分按照天然采光、自然通風(fēng)以及防潮三點(diǎn)總結(jié)了常用的設(shè)計(jì)策略和裝置技術(shù)。第三章是研究報(bào)告的核心部分,通過前文的研究準(zhǔn)備,理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐,對(duì)項(xiàng)目江蘇省農(nóng)科院大型儀器與信息中心設(shè)計(jì)中如何適應(yīng)地形的設(shè)計(jì)過程進(jìn)行闡述。用實(shí)踐案例回歸設(shè)計(jì)策略。本文是按照“理論——時(shí)間”的研究方法進(jìn)行的,通過總結(jié)分類,并分析案例,最后結(jié)合工程項(xiàng)目,期望能從前人的研究和實(shí)踐中學(xué)習(xí)體會(huì)地形適應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)思路,也呼吁更多設(shè)計(jì)者關(guān)注場(chǎng)地自身的地理文脈和人文信息,尊重場(chǎng)地,讓我們的城市及村莊都能留有“鄉(xiāng)愁”。
[Abstract]:Since the rapid development of urbanization construction in China, architectural form design largely follows the design criteria of modern architecture in mass production, regardless of site topography, neglecting human characteristics, and lacking the spirit of place. That led to what we see today as a "thousand cities," and how to adapt to nature when we recognize this problem and put forward the policy view that urban construction needs to respect nature and conform to nature. How to adapt to local conditions has become a subject that must be discussed. When we move our perspective to the field of international architectural creation, there is already a design orientation that is different from modern architecture and has been silently upheld and widely praised. That is, architectural design based on terrain adaptation. That is, taking topography as an important organic reference for architectural design, To a certain extent, the relationship between architecture and terrain is avoided and dispelled. This orientation is becoming more and more important in the field of contemporary architectural design, although leveling the terrain can greatly reduce the difficulty of architectural design. But design based on terrain has its own unique spirit of place. When urbanization becomes an irreversible process, the original terrain of the site is respected. The research purpose of this paper is to analyze and summarize the adaptation relationship and implementation strategy of the architecture to the terrain, the purpose of this paper is to analyze and sum up the relationship between the building and the terrain. In order to achieve the harmony between architecture and natural terrain environment, the research report is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research object and the background of the design project. The second chapter is about the research background. This chapter is divided into two parts. The first part introduces the domestic and foreign architectural design strategies to adapt to the terrain, this part is mainly the summary and classification of the tactics. The relationship between architecture and terrain adaptation can be divided into four categories: earth-covered buildings, terrace buildings, overhead buildings and topographic buildings. The second part introduces the optimization measures for the indoor physical environment of the building when the building uses some or all of the space below the ground floor in the design of terrain adaptation. Natural ventilation and moisture-proof three points summarize the common design strategy and installation technology. The third chapter is the core part of the research report, through the previous research preparation, theoretical guidance practice, This paper expounds how to adapt to the terrain design process in the design of large instrument and information center of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences. By using practical case regression design strategy, this paper is carried out according to the research method of "theory-time", and through summing up and classifying, Finally, combining with the engineering project, we hope to learn from the previous research and practice to understand the design ideas of terrain adaptation, and also appeal to more designers to pay attention to the geographical context and humanistic information of the site, and respect the site. Let our cities and villages be left with homesickness.
