【摘要】：自2010年公共租賃房建設(shè)在天津迅速展開,迄今為止解決了許多人的住房難問題。但在需求大、速度快的情況下,生態(tài)環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì)往往被忽視。在能源危機(jī)、環(huán)境危機(jī)日益嚴(yán)重的今日,公共租賃房的生態(tài)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)研究成為必不可少的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。本文以天津地區(qū)地理氣候條件為前提,首先對(duì)現(xiàn)在已建成的和正在建的公共租賃房住區(qū)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研和問卷調(diào)查,分析天津公共租賃房住區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀,并針對(duì)現(xiàn)存的問題提出生態(tài)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)原則:因地制宜地進(jìn)行生態(tài)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)先考慮被動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)。其次,以上述原則為基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)光環(huán)境、風(fēng)環(huán)境、景觀環(huán)境三個(gè)方面,提出天津地區(qū)公共租賃房住區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的建議。其中對(duì)光環(huán)境的優(yōu)化從建筑朝向和建筑布局兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究;對(duì)風(fēng)環(huán)境的優(yōu)化從建筑群的布置和綠化手段兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究;而對(duì)景觀環(huán)境的研究,則從植物種植、立體綠化、硬質(zhì)鋪地、綠水回收四個(gè)角度提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化生態(tài)環(huán)境的建議。最后,把本文的理論研究應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)在已投入使用的公共租賃房住區(qū)項(xiàng)目——天津市秋悅家園中,從上文研究的光環(huán)境、風(fēng)環(huán)境、景觀環(huán)境三個(gè)方面探討實(shí)際可行性。希望這次的研究可以為廣大研究學(xué)者提供一個(gè)新的思路。
[Abstract]:Since 2010, the construction of public rental housing has been carried out rapidly in Tianjin. So far, many people's housing problems have been solved. But in the case of large demand and fast speed, the design of ecological environment is often ignored. In the energy crisis, Today, the environmental crisis is becoming more and more serious, the ecological environment design of public rental housing becomes an indispensable link. First of all, the field investigation and questionnaire survey are carried out to analyze the present situation of the public rental housing residential area in Tianjin, which has been completed and is under construction. Aiming at the existing problems, the paper puts forward the principles of ecological environment design: carrying out ecological environment design according to local conditions and giving priority to passive design. Secondly, based on the above principles, aiming at three aspects of light environment, wind environment and landscape environment, The paper puts forward some suggestions on ecological environment design of public rental housing in Tianjin, in which the optimization of light environment is studied from two aspects: building orientation and architectural layout; The optimization of wind environment is studied from two aspects: the layout of buildings and the means of greening, while the study of landscape environment is based on plant planting, stereoscopic greening, and hard paving. Finally, the theoretical research of this paper is applied to the public rental housing project of Tianjin Qiuyue Home, which has been put into use now. From the light environment studied above, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the ecological environment from the four angles of green water recovery. This paper discusses the practical feasibility of wind environment and landscape environment. It is hoped that this study can provide a new way of thinking for the majority of research scholars.
