8種丁香屬植物微量元素吸收能力比較研究

【摘要】:丁香作為市花對哈爾濱具有重要的景觀價(jià)值和人文意義。從植物對不同環(huán)境的抗性角度出發(fā),比較不同種類的丁香屬植物,對園林樹種中丁香的選擇有重要價(jià)值。本文選取8種丁香屬植物,小葉丁香、紫葉重瓣丁香、北京丁香、暴馬丁香、白丁香、紅丁香、藍(lán)丁香和紫丁香,對不同樹種葉片和土壤中的氮磷鉀含量進(jìn)行測定,對葉片中氯的吸附和硫的吸附以及土壤中微量元素的吸收能力進(jìn)行比較研究。對土壤氮磷鉀含量的測定以及葉片土壤中各項(xiàng)元素含量的測定均為符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的測定方法,并對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)性、差異性分析,進(jìn)行隸屬函數(shù)分析得到丁香屬植物的抗性強(qiáng)弱。分析主要研究結(jié)果如下:對大氣氯的吸收能力大小順序?yàn)榧t丁香紫丁香暴馬丁香小葉丁香白丁香藍(lán)丁香紫葉重瓣丁香北京丁香;對大氣硫的吸收能力大小順序?yàn)樽隙∠惚R丁香小葉丁香紅丁香白丁香紫葉重瓣丁香藍(lán)丁香北京丁香;對土壤有效銅的吸收能力大小順序?yàn)樽隙∠慵t丁香白丁香小葉丁香藍(lán)丁香暴馬丁香紫葉重瓣丁香北京丁香;對土壤有效鋅的吸收能力大小順序?yàn)楸R丁香白丁香小葉丁香紫丁香紫葉重瓣丁香紅丁香北京丁香藍(lán)丁香;對土壤有效鐵的吸收能力大小順序?yàn)樽隙∠惚R丁香藍(lán)丁香紅丁香小葉丁香白丁香紫葉重瓣丁香北京丁香;對土壤有效錳的吸收能力大小順序?yàn)榧t丁香紫丁香藍(lán)丁香紫葉重瓣丁香小葉丁香暴馬丁香白丁香北京丁香。綜合分析8種丁香屬植物的污染抗性,可得出8種丁香屬植物抗污染性的強(qiáng)弱順序?yàn)樽隙∠惚R丁香紅丁香藍(lán)丁香小葉丁香白丁香紫葉重瓣丁香北京丁香。其中紫丁香的抗污染性最強(qiáng),在所測定的六個(gè)抗性指標(biāo)中均表現(xiàn)出較強(qiáng)的抗性,暴馬丁香和紅丁香次之;藍(lán)丁香在土壤微量元素有效鐵和有效錳當(dāng)中吸收較好,但在大氣的氯和硫吸收中能力較弱;小葉丁香在大氣的氯和硫吸收中能力較強(qiáng),但在土壤微量元素的有效鐵和有效錳的吸收中較弱,與藍(lán)丁香形成互補(bǔ);白丁香僅在土壤微量元素有效鋅吸收中表現(xiàn)較強(qiáng),在其他幾項(xiàng)指標(biāo)中均表現(xiàn)較弱;紫葉重瓣丁香與北京丁香的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均顯示吸收力較弱。通過本試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),城市行道樹及工廠廠區(qū)內(nèi)宜選擇紫丁香、暴馬丁香、紅丁香,為美觀方面考慮也可以選擇將小葉丁香與藍(lán)丁香間隔種植,有利于其景觀效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Clove, as a city flower, has important landscape value and humanistic significance to Harbin. From the point of view of plant resistance to different environments, different species of clove plants are compared. In this paper, eight species of clove, clove, purple leaf double clove, Beijing clove, lilac, white clove, red clove, blue clove and lilac were selected. The contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in leaves and soils of different tree species were determined. The adsorption of chlorine and sulfur in leaves and the absorption capacity of trace elements in soil were compared. The determination of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in soil and the determination of elements in leaf soil were all in accordance with the national standard.
