【摘要】：從中世紀(jì)的修道院花園還到日本的禪院,人們很早就已經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)了植物、陽光、空氣對于壓力、抑郁等不良情緒有輔助緩解作用。近年來隨著國內(nèi)外人們對生活質(zhì)量的重視,由克萊爾·庫珀·馬庫斯為首的許多風(fēng)景園林、植物學(xué)、環(huán)境心理學(xué)專家用許多實(shí)驗(yàn)、調(diào)研等科學(xué)的方法手段進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,景觀的康復(fù)性設(shè)計(jì)對于身處病患的病人心理和生理有著重要的康復(fù)性輔助作用�？祻�(fù)景觀成為醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)外部環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)最佳設(shè)計(jì)法則。而中國的綜合性醫(yī)院作為中國主要的醫(yī)療結(jié)構(gòu),正面臨著"服務(wù)質(zhì)量差、過度重視經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、醫(yī)患矛盾突出"的尷尬局面。中國大量的綜合性醫(yī)院迫切需要通過"加強(qiáng)改造、升級服務(wù)"來實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)院角色的轉(zhuǎn)型。將國外的康復(fù)景觀理論引進(jìn)到醫(yī)院外部環(huán)境改造的具體解決方法上來,這無疑是最正確的解決方針。近年來,康復(fù)景觀大多應(yīng)用于如療養(yǎng)院、專科醫(yī)院等規(guī)模較小、使用人群單一的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)。綜合性醫(yī)院的環(huán)境復(fù)雜、使用人群種類多、醫(yī)院需求和期望層次多樣�？祻�(fù)景觀如何在綜合性醫(yī)院外部環(huán)境中實(shí)現(xiàn)還處于理論探索階段。要實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)院的康復(fù)景觀建設(shè),首先要建立綜合性醫(yī)院環(huán)境評價(jià)體系。根據(jù)具體使用群體的需求和期望值來指導(dǎo)康復(fù)景觀在綜合性醫(yī)院外部環(huán)境的具體設(shè)計(jì)手法。POE與康復(fù)景觀結(jié)合,為構(gòu)建綜合性醫(yī)院康復(fù)環(huán)境評價(jià)體系提供了具體實(shí)現(xiàn)手段。POE實(shí)際上是提供一種檢測建筑設(shè)計(jì)和環(huán)境使用服務(wù)的到位性與使用人群需求滿足之間的相互關(guān)系的應(yīng)用方法。它一改以往主觀為主的輪廓性評價(jià),以客觀為主、主觀為輔,采用科學(xué)性、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)方法與專業(yè)的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)分析模式結(jié)合,提供最能夠反映客觀環(huán)境、使用人群內(nèi)在期望的新型分析方法。本文首先探討了綜合性醫(yī)院相關(guān)概念,再對康復(fù)景觀的特點(diǎn)、功能、應(yīng)用方式進(jìn)行了理論探索。然后,通過對POE(使用后評價(jià))相關(guān)理論的介紹和研究的介紹,制定出綜合性醫(yī)院外部環(huán)境評價(jià)指標(biāo)和對江蘇省中醫(yī)院具體的實(shí)踐調(diào)查與分析的法則。結(jié)合對江蘇省中醫(yī)院行為模式、停留時間、人群數(shù)量等參數(shù)一系列的定量和定性分析,提出針對江蘇省中醫(yī)院的改造措施,并將其設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)點(diǎn)引進(jìn)于綜合性醫(yī)院康復(fù)景觀具體的營造手法上去。最后,通過大量和理論和實(shí)踐探索,總結(jié)針對中國綜合性醫(yī)院戶外環(huán)境的康復(fù)景觀營造法則,探索利用醫(yī)院現(xiàn)有綠地環(huán)境進(jìn)行改造的具體手段。希望通過這些相關(guān)的研究,能夠補(bǔ)充和深化綜合性醫(yī)院外部環(huán)境的康復(fù)景觀的研究內(nèi)容,啟發(fā)現(xiàn)代風(fēng)景園林中的醫(yī)院環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)方向。希望能對醫(yī)院服務(wù)優(yōu)化和未來綜合性醫(yī)院改造有理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:From the monastery gardens in the Middle Ages to the Zen House in Japan, people have long discovered plants, sunlight and air that can help alleviate adverse emotions such as stress and depression. In recent years, with the attention paid to the quality of life at home and abroad, Many landscape architecture, botanical and environmental psychology experts, led by Claire Cooper Marcus, use many scientific methods, such as experiments, research, and so on. The rehabilitation design of landscape plays an important role in the psychological and physiological functions of patients in patients. Rehabilitation landscape has become the best design principle for the external environment design of medical institutions. The country's main medical structure, Facing the awkward situation of "poor service quality, excessive emphasis on economic benefits and prominent contradiction between doctors and patients", a large number of general hospitals in China urgently need to "strengthen reform," To upgrade service "to realize the transformation of hospital's role. To introduce the theory of rehabilitation landscape abroad into the concrete solution to the reconstruction of hospital's external environment, this is undoubtedly the most correct solution." in recent years, The rehabilitation landscape is mostly used in medical institutions with a small scale, such as nursing homes, specialized hospitals, etc. The environment of general hospitals is complex, and there are many kinds of people who use them. There are various levels of hospital needs and expectations. How to realize rehabilitation landscape in the external environment of a general hospital is still in the stage of theoretical exploration. First of all, it is necessary to establish a comprehensive hospital environment evaluation system. According to the needs and expectations of the specific users, it is necessary to guide the rehabilitation landscape in the external environment of the general hospital. Poe combines with the rehabilitation landscape. In fact, Poe is an application to examine the relationship between the architectural design and the service of environmental use and the satisfaction of the needs of the users. Methods: it changed the former subjective outline evaluation, With the objective as the main body, the subjective as the auxiliary, the scientific and rigorous data statistics method combined with the professional statistical data analysis model, it can provide the best reflection of the objective environment. This paper discusses the related concepts of general hospital, and then explores the characteristics, functions and application of rehabilitation landscape. Based on the introduction and research of Poe (post use evaluation) theory, this paper formulates the evaluation index of external environment of general hospital and the rules of practical investigation and analysis of Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine hospital. Based on a series of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the parameters such as residence time and crowd number, this paper puts forward the reform measures for Jiangsu Provincial traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and introduces its design advantages to the concrete construction techniques of rehabilitation landscape in general hospitals. Finally, Through a large number of theoretical and practical explorations, this paper summarizes the principles of rehabilitation landscape construction for outdoor environment in Chinese general hospitals, and explores the specific means of making use of the existing green space environment in hospitals. It is hoped that through these relevant studies, To supplement and deepen the research contents of rehabilitation landscape in the external environment of general hospitals, The aim of this paper is to enlighten the direction of hospital environment design in modern landscape architecture. It is hoped that it will be of theoretical and practical significance to the optimization of hospital services and the reconstruction of general hospitals in the future.
