【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)古村落,是當(dāng)?shù)貧v史文化和社會(huì)發(fā)展的物質(zhì)載體與真實(shí)寫照。凝結(jié)了特定地區(qū)居民各類建設(shè)活動(dòng)的凈化所在,從中可以窺得地方傳統(tǒng)建筑藝術(shù)、地方文化、風(fēng)土人情等,是寶貴的歷史遺存資源。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,歷史文化名村文化遺產(chǎn)與生活環(huán)境也遭到了一些不同程度的破壞,出現(xiàn)了忽略對(duì)歷史環(huán)境的整體保護(hù)以及與社會(huì)發(fā)展、村民生活相割裂等現(xiàn)象。同時(shí)當(dāng)前一些歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)制定的保護(hù)規(guī)劃內(nèi)容和深度各不相同,存在多方面值得探討之處,于是歷史文化名村保護(hù)規(guī)劃的規(guī)劃方法與內(nèi)容成為行業(yè)理論研究熱點(diǎn)。本文針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,通過(guò)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外歷史文化名村保護(hù)規(guī)劃相關(guān)理論與實(shí)踐,總結(jié)提煉出新時(shí)期歷史文化名村保護(hù)規(guī)劃的目的,原則及主要規(guī)劃內(nèi)容,并就主要內(nèi)容闡述了相應(yīng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方法。選取蘇州市金庭鎮(zhèn)明月灣古村落為研究對(duì)象,從歷史環(huán)境角度出發(fā),系統(tǒng)地梳理了古村落的自然環(huán)境、歷史遺存和人文環(huán)境特色,對(duì)古村落建筑群體格局、街巷格局、建筑風(fēng)格、傳統(tǒng)文化等開展深入的研究,歸納古村價(jià)值特色并提出現(xiàn)狀存在問(wèn)題。在理論研究的框架下,探討明月灣歷史文化名村保護(hù)規(guī)劃具體內(nèi)容和相應(yīng)做法,以期為其他傳統(tǒng)古村落的保護(hù)更新實(shí)踐及理論研究提供有價(jià)值的參考和思路。
[Abstract]:Traditional ancient villages are the material carriers and true portrayals of local historical, cultural and social development. They condense the purification of all kinds of construction activities of residents in specific areas, from which we can see the local traditional architectural art, local culture, local customs and so on. Along with the development of social economy, the cultural heritage and living environment of historical and cultural famous villages have also been destroyed to some extent, and the overall protection of historical environment and social development have been neglected. At the same time, some historical and cultural villages and towns have different contents and depth of protection plans, which are worth discussing in many aspects. Therefore, the planning methods and contents of the protection planning of historic and cultural villages have become a hot topic in the field of theoretical research. In view of these problems, this paper analyzes the relevant theories and practices of the protection planning of historic and cultural villages at home and abroad. This paper summarizes and abstracts the purpose, principle and main planning content of the protection planning of historic and cultural famous villages in the new period, and expounds the corresponding planning and design methods for the main contents. The ancient village of Mingyue Bay in Jinting Town, Suzhou City, is selected as the research object. From the perspective of historical environment, this paper systematically combs the natural environment, historical relics and humanistic environment features of ancient villages, and carries out in-depth research on the architectural group pattern, street pattern, architectural style and traditional culture of ancient villages. This paper summarizes the value characteristics of ancient villages and points out the problems existing in the present situation. Under the framework of theoretical research, this paper discusses the specific contents and corresponding practices of the planning for the protection of historic and cultural famous villages in Mingyue Bay. In order to provide valuable reference and train of thought for the protection and renewal practice and theoretical research of other traditional ancient villages.
