【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會,我們的生活節(jié)奏越來越快。新建的高樓大廈、新修的柏油馬路以及快速交通、城市越來越擁堵的交通、被修建整齊的植物、滿是招牌的建筑、麥當(dāng)勞、24小時經(jīng)營的便利連鎖店、夜里明亮的燈光——現(xiàn)代文明給我們帶來了前所未有的舒適物質(zhì)生活和先進(jìn)的城市設(shè)施,然而我們的城市卻失去了傳統(tǒng)與獨特人文氣息,幾乎許多新建的城市都變得千篇一律。在新城市的建設(shè)里,保護(hù)歷史文化街區(qū),同時如何去發(fā)展它,目前已經(jīng)成了我國城市規(guī)劃的難點。國務(wù)院自從公布了全國第一批歷史文化名城以來,在我們的城市保護(hù)工作中還是取得了一些明顯的成績,然而社會不能有共識和法律上也的保障不完善,還是使得很多歷史文化街區(qū)被破壞和摧毀,保護(hù)觀念的落后和在保護(hù)的實施過程中不系統(tǒng)不嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),使許多的歷史文化街區(qū)遭到了建設(shè)性的破壞。還是存在著很多矛盾,通常表現(xiàn)由于地區(qū)間的差異造成保護(hù)質(zhì)量的差異;在開發(fā)的同時如何處理好與保護(hù)古街區(qū)的矛盾;在經(jīng)濟(jì)效益上與傳承文化上等等矛盾。怎樣能在高速發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì),不斷加快的城市化進(jìn)程背景下,對現(xiàn)有的歷史文化街區(qū)進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理而又有效果地進(jìn)行保護(hù),如何協(xié)調(diào)好保護(hù)和建設(shè)、街區(qū)發(fā)展的各方面關(guān)系,同時還能讓當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦纳钏降玫礁纳啤F(xiàn)有的歷史文化傳承下去,科學(xué)的保護(hù)規(guī)劃,嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)墓芾碇贫?全部公眾以一個目標(biāo)共同參與進(jìn)來才能實現(xiàn)。本研究是結(jié)合本人本科剛畢業(yè)時參與的歷史文化街區(qū)改造項目而進(jìn)行的一項基礎(chǔ)研究。在本文中通過對歷史文化街區(qū)、保護(hù)與開發(fā)的相關(guān)概念闡述;在理論上對國外一些發(fā)達(dá)國家在歷史文化街區(qū)保護(hù)、傳承與開發(fā)進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合理論和實例進(jìn)行了經(jīng)典案例的分析;詳細(xì)分析總結(jié)了寬窄巷子歷史文化街區(qū)的歷史文化特點及其改造過程和如今的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)“真實性保護(hù)”在歷史文化街區(qū)改造中的由于缺失而出現(xiàn)的問題。本文從居民置換、旅游破壞、仿古建筑等多方面因素分析城市化進(jìn)程帶給歷史文化街區(qū)的沖擊,并探討如何在綜合考慮物質(zhì)空間環(huán)境、社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)與文化等方面,用可持續(xù)發(fā)展的手段挽救瀕臨同質(zhì)化的歷史文化街區(qū)。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the pace of our lives is getting faster and faster. New tall buildings, new tarmac roads and fast transit, increasingly congested traffic in cities, neatly constructed plants and signboards, McDonald's 24-hour convenience chain, bright lights at night, modern civilization has brought us unprecedented comfort material life and advanced urban facilities, but our city has lost its traditional and unique humanistic atmosphere. Almost a lot of new cities are becoming the same. In the construction of new cities, to protect historical and cultural blocks, and how to develop it at the same time, At present, it has become a difficult point in our country's urban planning. Since the State Council announced the first batch of historic and cultural cities in the country, it has made some notable achievements in our urban protection work. However, there is no consensus in the society and imperfect legal protection, or many historical and cultural blocks are destroyed and destroyed, the concept of protection is backward and the implementation process of protection is not systematic and rigorous. Many historical and cultural blocks have suffered constructive destruction. There are still many contradictions, usually due to regional differences in the quality of protection, how to deal with and protect the contradiction of ancient blocks while developing; How to protect the existing historical and cultural blocks scientifically, reasonably and effectively under the background of the rapid development of economy and the accelerating process of urbanization? How to coordinate all aspects of protection and construction, the development of neighborhoods, and at the same time improve the living standards of local residents, pass on the existing history and culture, scientific protection planning, rigorous management system, The whole public can only be achieved by participating in one goal. This research is based on the historical and cultural district reconstruction project that I participated in when I graduated from college. The related concepts of protection and development are expounded, and the protection, inheritance and development of historical and cultural blocks in some developed countries are studied in theory, and the classic cases are analyzed in combination with the theory and examples. This paper analyzes and summarizes in detail the historical and cultural characteristics of the historical and cultural district in Kuannarrow alley and its transformation process and present situation, and finds out the problems of "authenticity protection" in the reconstruction of historical and cultural district due to its lack. This paper analyzes the impact of the urbanization process on the historical and cultural blocks and discusses how to comprehensively consider the material space environment, society, economy and culture, and so on. Use the means of sustainable development to save the historic and cultural blocks which are on the verge of homogenization.
