【摘要】：自古以來,孝在我國(guó)的家庭成分中就居于首位。儒家文化《禮記·大學(xué)》中提到“齊家、治國(guó)、平天下”,其中“齊家”作為“治國(guó)、平天下”的基礎(chǔ)通常要求子女對(duì)其父母做到“養(yǎng)體”、“養(yǎng)志”,即物質(zhì)供養(yǎng)與精神贍養(yǎng)。伴隨著我國(guó)第一代獨(dú)生子女的父母進(jìn)入老齡,現(xiàn)如今家庭結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)以小型化為主,空巢老人養(yǎng)老難的問題日益顯現(xiàn)。社會(huì)對(duì)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的需求在逐漸增大,但就目前狀況來看,養(yǎng)老社區(qū)配套設(shè)施跟不上,養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)所容納的人數(shù)有限等現(xiàn)實(shí)問題擺在我們面前。再加上絕大多數(shù)養(yǎng)老社區(qū)中缺少對(duì)老年人這一使用人群的針對(duì)性護(hù)理,僅僅滿足了老年人吃住方面的需求,而遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)談不上人文關(guān)懷,在設(shè)計(jì)模式上缺少相應(yīng)的規(guī)范與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這就需要我們?nèi)ビ懻撘粋�(gè)適合現(xiàn)階段中國(guó)國(guó)情和社會(huì)體制發(fā)展的康復(fù)性養(yǎng)老社區(qū)建設(shè)模式和設(shè)計(jì)原則。本課題研究?jī)?nèi)容就是養(yǎng)老社區(qū)中康復(fù)性內(nèi)、外環(huán)境發(fā)展模式及設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則。本文結(jié)合老年人對(duì)生理、心理需求以及康復(fù)性理論在環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用,就康復(fù)性環(huán)境在養(yǎng)老社區(qū)中的優(yōu)勢(shì)體現(xiàn),養(yǎng)老社區(qū)中內(nèi)部及外部環(huán)境中康復(fù)性環(huán)境的的構(gòu)成要素、設(shè)計(jì)原則進(jìn)行深入研究。全文共分為六個(gè)部分,第一章介紹了選題背景及研究現(xiàn)狀,明確課題研究目的及意義,找到課題研究的切入點(diǎn)；第二章結(jié)合老年人的生理和心理特點(diǎn),分析出養(yǎng)老社區(qū)中老年人對(duì)人文關(guān)懷設(shè)計(jì)需求的必要性,以及如何建立老年人心理健康保障體系；第三章圍繞康復(fù)性環(huán)境的概念界定,康復(fù)性環(huán)境的康復(fù)理論以及將康復(fù)性環(huán)境的實(shí)施途徑展開說明；第四章具體介紹了基于人文關(guān)懷的養(yǎng)老社區(qū)康復(fù)外環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì),主要就構(gòu)成要素和設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行研究；第五章介紹了基于人文關(guān)懷的養(yǎng)老社區(qū)康復(fù)內(nèi)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì),主要就構(gòu)成要素和設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行研究；第六章結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外康復(fù)性環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例證實(shí)康復(fù)性環(huán)境在養(yǎng)老社區(qū)中的優(yōu)勢(shì)體現(xiàn)。第七章得出本文的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, filial piety has occupied the first place in the family composition of our country. The Confucian culture "Liji 路University" mentioned "Qi family, governing the country, leveling the world", among which "Qi family" was regarded as "governing the country". The foundation of "leveling the world" usually requires children to "support their parents" and "maintain their records", that is, material support and spiritual support. With the parents of the first generation of only children in our country entering old age, the family structure is now dominated by miniaturization. The problem of empty nest elderly pension problems is becoming increasingly apparent. The social demand for pension institutions is gradually increasing, but as far as the present situation is concerned, the supporting facilities of the pension community are not keeping up with each other. We are faced with such practical problems as the limited number of people that pension institutions can accommodate. In addition, the lack of targeted care for the elderly in the vast majority of pension communities only meets the needs of the elderly in terms of food and housing. And far from being humane, There is a lack of relevant norms and standards in the design pattern. This requires us to discuss a rehabilitation pension community construction model and design principles suitable for the current situation of China and the development of social system. It is within the rehabilitative nature of the old-age community, Combined with the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly and the application of the rehabilitation theory in the environmental design, this paper reflects the advantages of the rehabilitative environment in the community for the aged. The paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter introduces the background and research status of the topic, and makes clear the purpose and significance of the research. The second chapter analyzes the necessity of the design of humanistic care for the elderly in the aged community, and how to establish the mental health security system of the elderly; chapter 2, combining the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly, analyzes the necessity of the design of humanistic care for the elderly in the community. The third chapter focuses on the definition of rehabilitation environment, the rehabilitation theory of rehabilitation environment and the implementation of rehabilitation environment. Chapter 4th introduces the design of rehabilitation environment for the aged community based on humanistic care. Chapter 5th introduces the design of the rehabilitation environment of the old-age community based on humanistic care, mainly on the constituent elements and design methods. Chapter 6th, combined with the examples of domestic and international rehabilitation environment design, confirms the advantages of rehabilitative environment in the pension community. 7th chapter draws the conclusion of this paper.
