【摘要】： 住宅小區(qū)環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計是一個實際性很強、綜合性也很強的新興學(xué)科，它在實踐中涉及和涵蓋了眾多的學(xué)科知識。從科學(xué)的角度出發(fā)，，小區(qū)環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計必須考慮小區(qū)中諸多要素之間、人與環(huán)境之間的各種關(guān)系是否合理、妥當(dāng)；從藝術(shù)的角度出發(fā)，設(shè)計者則應(yīng)考慮環(huán)境景觀的立意、空間、構(gòu)圖、色彩，使人在視覺、聽覺、觸覺、嗅覺等諸方面得到享受。 21世紀(jì)是一個工業(yè)和商品經(jīng)濟高度發(fā)展，科學(xué)、經(jīng)濟和藝術(shù)密切結(jié)合的時代，小區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計水平也正在成為現(xiàn)代化社會的一種標(biāo)志。“技藝化、生態(tài)化、人性化”，是現(xiàn)代小區(qū)環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計的發(fā)展趨勢。本文介紹了一些環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計領(lǐng)域的新成果以及新思維和觀念。但是小區(qū)環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計雖然有一定的方式、方法，卻“法無定法”，每一個成功的小區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計都是一次新的藝術(shù)創(chuàng)造。 本文采用理論與實踐相結(jié)合、借鑒與創(chuàng)新相結(jié)合的研究方法，在小區(qū)環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計的涵義、理論背景、及其內(nèi)容等相關(guān)問題的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合案例分析，對住宅小區(qū)環(huán)境的開發(fā)和建設(shè)提出設(shè)計的對策和建議。全文共分八個部分： 第一章是導(dǎo)論，簡要介紹了論文的背景、研究的目的與意義、論文框架等。 第二章是本文展開的基礎(chǔ)，梳理了小區(qū)環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計的涵義、小區(qū)空間構(gòu)成的特征，目的是對小區(qū)環(huán)境空間的認(rèn)識和理解。理清了小區(qū)環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計“是什么”“歷程如何”包括實體的和抽象的，物質(zhì)的與精神的。心中有丘壑才能對其優(yōu)缺點有更好的理解，使之與設(shè)計發(fā)生聯(lián)系，進而弄清如何在符合我國國情的背景下設(shè)計出更好更人性的住宅環(huán)境空間。 第三章是簡述了小區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計的原理和要求，進而論述小區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計的流程與方法。講述原理是為了讓我們更好的理解設(shè)計，展開設(shè)計。努力使當(dāng)前小區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計的弊端得以發(fā)現(xiàn)和改善，為環(huán)境設(shè)計工作提供更好的理論支持。 第四章是在第三章的基礎(chǔ)上簡述了環(huán)境設(shè)計的要點與方法論。包括的內(nèi)容具體詳細，既是對一般設(shè)計規(guī)律的總結(jié)又是對具體小區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計理論擴充與完善。 第五章是論述了小區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計的空間組織，具體包括環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計的組合元素(包括：功能類元素、園藝類元素、表象類元素)和設(shè)計的組合方法(環(huán)境景觀的平面布局、景觀建筑的空間處理)。本章也是進一步對小區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計方法論的研究。 第六章是針對住宅小區(qū)環(huán)境藝術(shù)的主要專項設(shè)計研究�；旧习研^(qū)環(huán)境景觀藝術(shù)設(shè)計的具體方面作了個較為全面的論述，是基于現(xiàn)實生活和設(shè)計理論相結(jié)合的設(shè)計研究。包括：道路、鋪裝、綠化、水景、小品、標(biāo)志與無障礙設(shè)計幾個大的構(gòu)成版塊。 第七章是論述了小區(qū)空間尺度的特點作用于人的心理感受。小區(qū)心理環(huán)境的設(shè)計建設(shè)也是檢驗和論證環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計成敗的一個重要方面。 第八章是筆者運用實踐的例子對當(dāng)代小區(qū)環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計進行解析，運用具體的設(shè)計數(shù)據(jù)、圖片、設(shè)計說明等對項目的原則和亮點作了與本文相符的設(shè)計研究。
[Abstract]:The design of residential environment art is a practical strong, emerging comprehensive subject is also very strong, involving lots of knowledge in practice. From a scientific point of view, residential environment art design must consider many factors in the area between the various relations between people and the environment is reasonable, appropriate; starting from the point of view of art, the designer should consider the environmental landscape conception, space, composition, color, so that people in the visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory enjoy other aspects.
Twenty-first Century is an industrial and high development of commodity economy, science, and art is closely combined with economic era, residential environment design level is also becoming a symbol of modern society. "Art, ecology, humanity", is the development trend of modern residential environment art design. This paper introduces some new achievements in Environmental Art in the field of design and new thinking and ideas. But the residential environment art design, although there is a certain way method, but "no law", every successful residential environment design is a new artistic creation.
This paper combines theory with practice, using a combination of research methods and innovation, in the area of environmental art design connotation, theoretical background, basic problems and relevant content, combined with case analysis, the development and construction of residential environment design put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the thesis is divided into eight parts:
The first chapter is the introduction, briefly introducing the background of the paper, the purpose and significance of the study, the framework of the paper and so on.
The second chapter is the foundation of this thesis, combing the residential environment art design connotation, characteristics of residential space structure, to knowledge and understanding of the residential environment space. To clarify the residential environment art design "is what" and "how to process" includes entity and abstract, material and spiritual. In order to have Vals have a better understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of the heart, make contact with the design, and then figuring out how in the context of China's national conditions to design better and more human residential environment.
The third chapter is the principle and requirements of residential environment design, and then discusses the process and method of residential environment design. In order to understand the design principle, let us better design. The fourth chapter outlines the essentials and methodology of environmental design on the basis of the third chapter. The sixth chapter is the research on the main special environmental design in residential areas. The seventh chapter discusses the characteristics of community scale and the psychological experience of people. The design and construction of community psychological environment is also an important aspect to test and demonstrate the success or failure of environmental art design.
The eighth chapter is the author's analysis of contemporary residential environmental art design by using examples of practice, using specific design data, pictures, design instructions, etc., to make a design research consistent with this article's principles and highlights.
