【摘要】：在當(dāng)前新型城鎮(zhèn)化的背景下,隨著生態(tài)文明理念的提出以及“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”目標(biāo)的逐步落實(shí),鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展的各個(gè)方面正呈現(xiàn)出復(fù)雜的動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展特征。蘇南地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村作為我國各項(xiàng)發(fā)展的先行區(qū),在經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)不斷的調(diào)整與改變的同時(shí),鄉(xiāng)村景觀建設(shè)方面也一定程度上陷入可持續(xù)發(fā)展的困境,傳統(tǒng)的景觀規(guī)劃逐漸暴露不足,呈現(xiàn)出與鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展的不同步性。本文以彈性理念在蘇南鄉(xiāng)村景觀規(guī)劃中的指導(dǎo)、應(yīng)用為切入點(diǎn),從具體鄉(xiāng)村景觀規(guī)劃策略入手,在研究蘇南鄉(xiāng)村環(huán)境特征的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用科學(xué)動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃手段,從生態(tài)、工程、社會(huì)管理三方面探索能夠適應(yīng)蘇南鄉(xiāng)村現(xiàn)狀的彈性規(guī)劃策略,重塑該地域具有彈性、活力的“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”景觀。本文的研究內(nèi)容分為五個(gè)部分:(1)分析在“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”建設(shè)背景下快速城市化進(jìn)程給鄉(xiāng)村帶來的多元壓力以及傳統(tǒng)景觀規(guī)劃方法對蘇南鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展的不適應(yīng),綜合闡述國內(nèi)外對于彈性理念和蘇南鄉(xiāng)村景觀規(guī)劃的研究以及相關(guān)實(shí)踐。(2)對彈性概念的起源與發(fā)展進(jìn)行了概述,同時(shí)闡述了生態(tài)彈性、工程彈性、社會(huì)管理彈性三個(gè)層面的基本內(nèi)涵,總結(jié)彈性理念引導(dǎo)下的景觀規(guī)劃的核心內(nèi)涵。(3)分析了蘇南鄉(xiāng)村環(huán)境特征以及該地區(qū)現(xiàn)階段景觀規(guī)劃面臨的困境和問題,從而提出鄉(xiāng)村景觀規(guī)劃與彈性理念契合的潛力,進(jìn)一步提出將彈性理念引入蘇南鄉(xiāng)村景觀規(guī)劃的可行性。(4)在彈性科學(xué)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合多學(xué)科知識,提出彈性理念指導(dǎo)下蘇南鄉(xiāng)村景觀規(guī)劃的基本原則和總體目標(biāo),結(jié)合案例分別從生態(tài)、工程與社會(huì)管理三個(gè)層面提出相應(yīng)的景觀規(guī)劃策略。(5)選取了蘇州相城區(qū)小陶村作為典型案例,對彈性理念下的蘇南鄉(xiāng)村景觀規(guī)劃策略研究進(jìn)行反饋,進(jìn)一步深化、細(xì)化規(guī)劃策略,做出歸納和總結(jié),提出建議和展望。
[Abstract]:Under the background of new urbanization, with the concept of ecological civilization and the goal of "beautiful village" gradually implemented, Various aspects of rural development are showing complex dynamic development characteristics. As a leading area of development in our country, the rural areas in southern Jiangsu province are constantly adjusting and changing in economy and society. Rural landscape construction also falls into the dilemma of sustainable development to some extent, the traditional landscape planning is gradually exposed insufficient, showing different synchronization with the rural development. This paper uses elastic concept in the guidance of rural landscape planning in southern Jiangsu. Based on the study of rural environmental characteristics in southern Jiangsu, the application of scientific dynamic planning means, from the ecological, engineering, Three aspects of social management to explore flexible planning strategies that can adapt to the rural situation in southern Jiangsu Province, and reshape the flexibility of the region. Dynamic "beautiful countryside" landscape. This paper is divided into five parts: 1) Analysis of the rapid urbanization process in the context of "beautiful countryside" under the background of the rural areas, and the traditional landscape planning methods to the southern Jiangsu Province. The inadaptability of rural development, This paper summarizes the origin and development of elastic concept, ecological elasticity and engineering elasticity, as well as the research and practice of rural landscape planning in southern Jiangsu province, and summarizes the origin and development of elastic concept at home and abroad. The basic connotation of the three levels of social management elasticity, the core connotation of landscape planning under the guidance of elastic concept, and the characteristics of rural environment in southern Jiangsu, as well as the difficulties and problems faced by landscape planning in this area at present, are summarized. The paper puts forward the potential of the combination of rural landscape planning and elastic concept, and further puts forward the feasibility of introducing elastic concept into rural landscape planning in southern Jiangsu Province. (4) on the basis of elastic science system, combining with multi-disciplinary knowledge, the paper puts forward the feasibility of introducing elastic concept into rural landscape planning in southern Jiangsu Province. The basic principles and overall objectives of rural landscape planning in southern Jiangsu are put forward under the guidance of elastic concept. Three levels of engineering and social management put forward the corresponding landscape planning strategy. 5) selected Xiaotao Village in Xiangcheng District of Suzhou as a typical case, feedback on the study of rural landscape planning strategy under the concept of elasticity, further deepening. Detailed planning strategy, make induction and summary, put forward suggestions and prospects.
