哈爾濱松花江濱洲鐵路橋景觀再生設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:濱洲鐵路橋是中東鐵路時(shí)期修建的第一座橫跨于松花江上的鐵路橋,歷時(shí)一百多年,見證了哈爾濱城市的崛起,陪同哈市人民一同成長,承載了松花江畔最珍貴的歷史記憶。在技術(shù)進(jìn)步、鐵路提速以及線路改良等綜合因素的影響下,單軌運(yùn)行的濱洲鐵路橋宣告退出鐵路承運(yùn)的歷史舞臺。但是濱洲鐵路橋所具有的厚重歷史背景和特有工業(yè)時(shí)代氣質(zhì)使之成為哈爾濱一處重要的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn),而且具有豐富的文化價(jià)值和社會價(jià)值。論文是從濱洲鐵路橋的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)背景出發(fā),對中東鐵路的文化內(nèi)涵和沿線文物價(jià)值進(jìn)行整體分析,盤點(diǎn)中東鐵路上的鐵路橋分布狀況,進(jìn)而總結(jié)出濱洲鐵路橋景觀的可再生內(nèi)容,并以文化生態(tài)學(xué)、工業(yè)技術(shù)美學(xué)以及綠道理論為支撐理論,分別以后工業(yè)景觀生態(tài)學(xué)、后工業(yè)景觀美學(xué)以及城市綠道理論為理論依據(jù),提出以景觀再生為理念的濱洲鐵路橋的景觀再生設(shè)計(jì)研究。首先從濱洲鐵路橋的歷史背景、使用現(xiàn)狀、景觀特征等方面進(jìn)行全面的調(diào)研分析,總結(jié)得出濱洲鐵路橋景觀再生的潛力;其次,針對中東鐵路、工業(yè)遺址以及濱洲鐵路橋景觀方面提出相應(yīng)的文化保護(hù)原則,針對尊重場地現(xiàn)狀、循環(huán)使用建筑構(gòu)建和保護(hù)工業(yè)技術(shù)美方面提出場所精神重塑原則及針對季相鮮明性、材料經(jīng)濟(jì)性和群體參與性三個(gè)方面提出寒地景觀地域性設(shè)計(jì)原則。濱洲鐵路橋景觀再生設(shè)計(jì)方法與實(shí)踐部分的研究分為三個(gè)方面,在感性層面,從整體的中東鐵路文化表達(dá),到局部的濱洲鐵路文脈傳承,再到細(xì)節(jié)的濱洲鐵路橋景觀公眾參與,逐步建構(gòu)了鐵路文化的表現(xiàn)形式;在理性層面,通過對空間進(jìn)行功能的設(shè)定和形態(tài)的設(shè)計(jì),分別劃分出展示空間、參觀空間、體驗(yàn)空間以及休憩空間;在人性層面,從承載情感、表現(xiàn)美感和愉悅觀感的角度出發(fā),分別進(jìn)行鐵路橋廢舊物件的處理、特殊符號的提煉以及具有創(chuàng)意性的景觀小品的設(shè)計(jì),為低調(diào)沉重的后工業(yè)景觀注入新的活力。濱洲鐵路橋景觀再生設(shè)計(jì)研究力求實(shí)現(xiàn)中東鐵路文化線路保護(hù)的完整性和濱洲鐵路橋景觀空間開發(fā)的合理性,有效避免文物在景觀開發(fā)過程中遭遇價(jià)值折損、環(huán)境污染以及生態(tài)失衡等問題,希望通過研究能找到合理解決城市中退役的鐵路和鐵路橋等工業(yè)遺址景觀在形式轉(zhuǎn)變、功能更迭之際所面臨的難題的方法。
[Abstract]:Binzhou Railway Bridge is the first railway bridge built in the Middle East railway period across the Songhua River, lasting more than 100 years, witnessed the rise of the city of Harbin, accompanied the people of Harbin grow up. Bearing the most precious historical memory along the Songhua River. Under the influence of technological progress, railway speed increase and line improvement and other comprehensive factors. Binzhou railway bridge operated by monorail announced its withdrawal from the historical stage of railway carriage. However, Binzhou railway bridge has a heavy historical background and unique industrial age temperament, which makes it an important industrial heritage in Harbin. And has rich cultural value and social value. This paper is based on the industrial heritage of Binzhou Railway Bridge, the cultural connotation of the Middle East Railway and the value of cultural relics along the whole analysis. Take stock of the distribution of railway bridges in the Middle East, and then summarize the renewable content of Binzhou railway bridge landscape, and support the theory of cultural ecology, industrial technology aesthetics and green road theory. After the industrial landscape ecology, post-industrial landscape aesthetics and urban green road theory as the theoretical basis. Put forward the concept of landscape regeneration of Binzhou railway bridge landscape regeneration design research. Firstly, from the historical background of Binzhou railway bridge, the use of the status quo, landscape characteristics and other aspects of comprehensive investigation and analysis. Summing up the potential of landscape regeneration of Binzhou railway bridge; Secondly, in view of the Middle East railway, industrial sites and Binzhou railway bridge landscape aspects of the corresponding cultural protection principles, to respect the site status quo. In the aspect of building and protecting the beauty of industrial technology, the author puts forward the principle of remolding the spirit of the place and aiming at the freshness of the season. Material economy and group participation three aspects of the cold landscape regional design principles. Binzhou railway bridge landscape regeneration design method and practice part of the study is divided into three aspects in the perceptual level. From the overall expression of the Middle East railway culture to the transmission of the local Binzhou railway context, and then to the detailed public participation in the landscape of Binzhou railway bridge, the manifestation of railway culture has been gradually constructed. At the rational level, the space is divided into display space, visit space, experience space and rest space by setting up the function and designing the form of space. In the aspect of human nature, from the perspective of carrying emotion, expressing aesthetic feeling and pleasant feeling, the paper separately carries on the disposal of the old objects of railway bridge, the extraction of special symbols and the design of creative landscape sketch. For the low-key heavy post-industrial landscape injected new vitality. Binzhou Railway Bridge landscape regeneration design to achieve the integrity of the Middle East railway cultural line protection and Binzhou railway bridge landscape space development rationality. Effectively avoid the cultural relics in the process of landscape development encountered loss of value, environmental pollution and ecological imbalance and so on. It is hoped that the study can find a reasonable solution to the problems faced by the retired railway and railway bridges and other industrial sites in the city when their forms and functions change.
