【摘要】：生態(tài)休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)是在城市化進程中,并在一定的社會經(jīng)濟條件下,伴隨著對農(nóng)業(yè)的深層次開發(fā)與旅游業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,而交叉形成的一種新型的產(chǎn)業(yè)形態(tài)。福建省福州市閩侯縣鴻尾鄉(xiāng)南坑村地理位置優(yōu)越,在此建設(shè)生態(tài)休閑觀光農(nóng)場,具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。論文在綜述國內(nèi)外休閑農(nóng)業(yè)開發(fā)實踐的基礎(chǔ)上,從多個方面研究,內(nèi)容主要包括農(nóng)場前期的建設(shè)地的場地分析,農(nóng)場的規(guī)劃分區(qū),可參與性活動研究,可行性研究分析,擬解決的相關(guān)問題、設(shè)計理念,指導(dǎo)思想以及項目風(fēng)險分析與對策等方面進行討論分析研究,并通過在圖書館、校園數(shù)據(jù)庫來查閱相關(guān)文獻,進行研究分析,總結(jié)出基本觀點和實踐經(jīng)驗,并查找國內(nèi)外相類似案例,進行分析比較,整合優(yōu)勢,改進劣勢,通過實地考察,掌握地理環(huán)境和資源信息,現(xiàn)場拍照片,與相關(guān)人員的交流,獲取有用資訊,為后期規(guī)劃設(shè)計做準(zhǔn)備,并結(jié)合計算機軟件輔助設(shè)計出農(nóng)場相關(guān)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計圖。本研究目的在于通過對福建省福州市閩侯縣鴻尾鄉(xiāng)南坑村生態(tài)休閑農(nóng)場進行相關(guān)調(diào)查和分析,再結(jié)合發(fā)展較為成熟的生態(tài)休閑農(nóng)場實例,借鑒其發(fā)展的優(yōu)點,結(jié)合該待建農(nóng)場本身立地條件,得出其適合發(fā)展生態(tài)休閑農(nóng)場的結(jié)論,結(jié)果認為：(1)為周邊帶來發(fā)展的機遇,釋放該地區(qū)農(nóng)村剩余勞動力,推動當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,改善生態(tài)和生活環(huán)境,給周邊城市居住的人們提供一個可讓他們釋放壓力,呼吸新鮮空氣,食用到無公害蔬菜水果,親身體驗并參與農(nóng)事,體驗原生態(tài)的鄉(xiāng)村人文風(fēng)俗,并能欣賞美麗的鄉(xiāng)村景色的度假場所。(2)農(nóng)場主要以本身質(zhì)樸的自然景觀和深厚的人文底蘊作為基礎(chǔ),規(guī)劃出適合該村發(fā)展南坑生態(tài)休閑農(nóng)場的可行性方案,合理規(guī)劃為集休閑、觀光、生態(tài)、文化、經(jīng)濟、本土特色于一體的農(nóng)場。
[Abstract]:Ecological leisure and sightseeing agriculture is in the process of urbanization, and under certain social and economic conditions, along with the deep development of agriculture and the vigorous development of tourism. The formation of a new cross-industrial form. Fujian Province Fujian City Minhou County Hongwei Xiang Nankeng Village geographical location in this construction of ecological leisure and sightseeing farm. On the basis of summarizing the development practice of leisure agriculture at home and abroad, this paper studies from many aspects, including the site analysis of the construction site in the early stage of the farm, the planning and zoning of the farm. Participatory activity research, feasibility study analysis, related problems to be solved, design concept, guiding ideology, project risk analysis and countermeasures are discussed and analyzed in the library. Campus database to consult the relevant literature, research and analysis, summed up the basic views and practical experience, and find similar cases at home and abroad, analysis and comparison, integration of strengths, improve weaknesses, through field visits. Master geographical environment and resource information, take photos on site, communicate with related personnel, obtain useful information, prepare for later planning and design. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the ecological leisure farm of Hongwei Xiang Nankeng Village, Minhou County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. Combined with the mature development of ecological leisure farm examples, using the advantages of its development, combined with the site conditions of the farm to be built, the conclusion is drawn that it is suitable for the development of ecological leisure farm. The result shows that: 1) bring the development opportunity for the surrounding area, release the surplus rural labor force, promote the development of the local agricultural economy, and improve the ecological and living environment. To provide people living in surrounding cities with a way to release pressure, breathe fresh air, eat pollution-free vegetables and fruits, experience and participate in agriculture, and experience the original ecology of rural humanities and customs. And can enjoy the beautiful rural scenery of the resort. 2) the farm is mainly based on its own simple natural landscape and deep cultural heritage as the basis. The feasible scheme for the development of ecological leisure farm in Nankeng is planned. The reasonable plan is a farm with leisure, sightseeing, ecology, culture, economy and local characteristics.
