【摘要】：近年來隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速增長和各種假期的實(shí)行,出外旅游度假的人也越來越多。體驗(yàn)式的度假旅行方式已經(jīng)取代了以前簡單地蜻蜓點(diǎn)水式的觀光旅游,成為新興的備受推崇的旅游形式。而針對客人休閑放松等需求的度假酒店也快速崛起。國內(nèi)外經(jīng)過許多摸索和實(shí)踐也設(shè)計(jì)出不少獨(dú)具特色和影響力的度假酒店。我國針對度假酒店的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)踐雖然已經(jīng)十分普遍,但是還缺少較為系統(tǒng)的理論研究。酒店在設(shè)計(jì)上往往缺少突出的特色,與自然環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)性也比較差。這不但降低了酒店在市場上的競爭力,也不能充分的發(fā)揮作為度假酒店為游客提供良好服務(wù)的功能。本文通過對國內(nèi)外山地特色度假酒店的發(fā)展歷程和相關(guān)理論資料的總結(jié)和比較歸納,概括的介紹了特色度假酒店的概念和特點(diǎn),分析了特色度假酒店與傳統(tǒng)酒店的區(qū)別,對影響建設(shè)特色度假酒店的各方面的要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了研究,在特色度假酒店的主題定位、規(guī)模形式、總平面布局、功能分區(qū)、景觀營造、建筑形態(tài)以及生態(tài)文化體驗(yàn)等方面進(jìn)行探討。總結(jié)了山地特色度假酒店的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方法,并結(jié)合課題設(shè)計(jì),為今后同類型酒店的建設(shè)找尋一條思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid growth of China's economy and the implementation of various holidays, there are more and more people traveling abroad. It has become a new and highly respected form of tourism, and the resort hotels for guests' leisure and relaxation have also risen rapidly. Many unique and influential resorts have also been designed at home and abroad after many groping and practice. Although the design and practice of resort hotels in China has been very common. However, there is still a lack of systematic theoretical research. Hotel design often lacks outstanding characteristics and poor coordination with the natural environment. This not only reduces the competitiveness of hotels in the market. Also can not give full play to the resort hotel for tourists to provide a good service function. This article through the development of domestic and foreign mountain characteristic resort hotel and related theoretical data summary and comparison. This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of the characteristic resort hotel, analyzes the differences between the characteristic resort hotel and The Legacy Hotel, and studies the main points that affect the construction of the characteristic resort hotel. The theme orientation, scale form, total plane layout, function partition, landscape construction of the characteristic resort hotel. This paper discusses the architectural form and ecological culture experience, summarizes the planning and design methods of the mountain characteristic resort hotel, and combines the project design to find a way of thinking for the construction of the same type hotel in the future.
