城市大型商業(yè)綜合體停車庫設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:城市機動化水平隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展快速提升,小汽車數(shù)量迅猛增長。在城市化發(fā)展中,土地集約化利用的商業(yè)綜合體扮演著越來越重要的角色,因此以商業(yè)綜合體為目的出行的小汽車迅猛增長,這給城市道路和建筑內(nèi)部交通帶來了巨大的壓力。由于具有獨特的復(fù)合性特征,停車庫作為商業(yè)綜合體的一部分,其與商業(yè)綜合體各個功能部分之間互相聯(lián)系、互相影響,同樣是商業(yè)綜合體集約化的延伸;貎(nèi)車行流線與城市公共交通、出租車、非機動車和步行等交通交織在一起,如何合理的組織它們之間的關(guān)系,如何綜合利用各個功能之間的停車設(shè)施,如何提升停車空間的環(huán)境品質(zhì),這一系列問題左右著開車購物族的消費心理和對商業(yè)綜合體的整體評價,因此對商業(yè)綜合體停車庫設(shè)計的研究是十分必要的。城市大型商業(yè)綜合體停車庫設(shè)計問題是一個復(fù)雜的研究課題,本文以提升停車庫環(huán)境品質(zhì)為主線,從環(huán)境心理學(xué)方向、建筑設(shè)計規(guī)劃方向、環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計方向等進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致的探討。首先通過實地調(diào)研,歸納出商業(yè)綜合體停車庫使用中普遍存在的問題,再在基于停車庫環(huán)境特征基礎(chǔ)之上從交通、空間、人性化三個角度來解決停車庫所面臨的這些問題,提升商業(yè)綜合體停車庫整體品質(zhì)。文章對這三個角度的研究,是基于分析商業(yè)綜合體所在的區(qū)位環(huán)境、內(nèi)部整體環(huán)境、各個部分之間的關(guān)系和使用者的生理、心理、情感方面的需求所得出的具有針對性的設(shè)計策略。本文對商業(yè)綜合體停車庫設(shè)計的研究,不是將其孤立分析,而是當(dāng)作商業(yè)綜合體的一部分,當(dāng)作城市靜態(tài)交通的一部分,當(dāng)作城市空間環(huán)境的一部分,從更廣闊的視角來分析問題。從而希望總結(jié)出的設(shè)計策略,能夠給商業(yè)綜合體帶來更多經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,給城市帶來更好社會效益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the number of cars increases rapidly. In the development of urbanization, the commercial complex of intensive use of land plays a more and more important role. Therefore, the rapid growth of cars for the purpose of commercial complexes has brought great pressure to urban roads and internal traffic of buildings, because of its unique complex characteristics. As a part of the commercial complex, the parking garage and the various functional parts of the commercial complex are interrelated and affect each other. It is also an extension of the commercial complex intensive. Taxi, non-motor vehicle and walking traffic are intertwined together. How to organize the relationship between them, how to make comprehensive use of parking facilities between various functions, how to improve the environmental quality of parking space. This series of problems affect the consumer psychology of the driving shopping family and the overall evaluation of the commercial complex. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the design of commercial complex parking depot. The design of large commercial complex parking garage is a complex research topic, this paper focuses on improving the environmental quality of parking garage. From the direction of environmental psychology, the direction of architectural design planning, the direction of environmental art design in-depth and meticulous discussion. First, through field research, summed up the commercial complex parking garage common problems. Then based on the characteristics of parking garage environment from the traffic, space, humanization three angles to solve the parking garage faced these problems. To improve the overall quality of the commercial complex parking garage. The study of these three angles is based on the analysis of the location of the commercial complex, the internal overall environment, the relationship between the various parts and the physiology of the users. Psychological and emotional needs of the targeted design strategy. This study of the commercial complex parking garage design is not an isolated analysis, but as a part of the commercial complex. As a part of urban static traffic, as part of the urban space environment, from a broader perspective to analyze the problem, so as to sum up the design strategy, can bring more economic benefits to the commercial complex. Bring better social benefits to the city.
