【摘要】：休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園的發(fā)展?jié)M足了城市居民親近自然、返樸歸真的個(gè)性化需求,為快節(jié)奏都市生活的人們提供了一個(gè)健康的休閑活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所,緩解了城市居民在工作及生活上的壓力。伴隨著我國(guó)城市化建設(shè)的快速推進(jìn),休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園一方面保證了農(nóng)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)性功能,另一方面也將農(nóng)業(yè)休閑度假、生態(tài)保護(hù)、農(nóng)耕文化等生活性功能展現(xiàn)出來(lái),形成了生產(chǎn)、生活與生態(tài)三位一體的綜合發(fā)展模式,對(duì)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)穩(wěn)定以及環(huán)境改善等方面起到了積極的推動(dòng)作用。但由于我國(guó)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)起步較晚,休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園的景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)在實(shí)踐中缺少規(guī)范法規(guī)支持,加上其開(kāi)發(fā)目標(biāo)往往以經(jīng)濟(jì)利益為首要導(dǎo)向,所以在開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中時(shí)常出現(xiàn)方案與結(jié)果偏離的現(xiàn)象,無(wú)法體現(xiàn)休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園的設(shè)計(jì)初衷；另外,園區(qū)的景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)往往是單獨(dú)的作品,很少有系統(tǒng)性的規(guī)劃和引導(dǎo),這對(duì)于未來(lái)休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園的可持續(xù)發(fā)展也帶來(lái)了許多不利因素。如何將先進(jìn)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)理念融入到規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程之中,并且能夠行之有效的管理園區(qū)發(fā)展?如何提升休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)水平,并將方法論融入到具體項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐當(dāng)中?本論文嘗試從這些社會(huì)需求角度出發(fā),以休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的角度為切入點(diǎn),著重研究了休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園設(shè)計(jì)的理論依據(jù)、規(guī)劃控制要素以及具體設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容,歸納出針對(duì)不同規(guī)模休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園的可控層面,以此為景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供參考性指標(biāo)及指導(dǎo)思路,同時(shí)本論文對(duì)休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)可參照并依據(jù)的規(guī)范條款進(jìn)行了分析,并就制訂適合于我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)旅游及休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)規(guī)范法規(guī)和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The development of leisure agricultural tourism park to meet the personalized needs of city residents to get close to nature, recover the original simplicity, provides a healthy leisure place for the people to the fast-paced urban life, city residents to ease the pressure in work and life. With the rapid development of China's city construction, leisure sightseeing agriculture garden hand to ensure the agricultural production function, on the other hand, agricultural leisure, ecological protection, show life of farming culture, the formation of production, life and ecological comprehensive development mode of three-in-one, for local economic development, social stability and improve the environment played a positive role in promoting. But because of agro tourism in China started late, the lack of standardized regulations in support of landscape planning and design of sightseeing agriculture park in practice, and its development objectives tend to economic interests as The primary orientation, so often appear the phenomenon of deviation from the plan and results in the development process, the original design can not reflect the leisure agricultural tourism park; in addition, the landscape planning and design of the park is often a separate works, there is little systematic planning and guidance for the future sustainable development of leisure leisure agricultural tourism park also brought many how will the unfavorable factors. Advanced design concepts into the planning and design process, and to develop the effective management of the park? How to improve the leisure sightseeing agriculture park landscape planning and design level, and the methodology into practice? This paper attempts to start from the social demand perspective, from the perspective of leisure sightseeing agriculture garden landscape planning and design as the starting point, focusing on the theoretical basis for the design of leisure sightseeing agriculture park, planning control elements and specific design content, Summed up the controllable level in different scales of leisure and sightseeing agriculture park, so as to provide reference index and guidance for landscape planning and design, terms and conditions, at the same time this paper on the landscape planning and design of sightseeing agriculture park and on the basis of reference are analyzed, and puts forward some suggestions on the development of suitable for China's agricultural tourism and leisure tourism design the agricultural garden relevant norms and regulations and industry standards.
