【摘要】：我國(guó)的旅游業(yè)正處于快速發(fā)展階段,對(duì)拉動(dòng)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)所產(chǎn)生的帶動(dòng)作用也愈發(fā)明顯。但是目前旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)信息化的建設(shè)發(fā)展緩慢,與市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的需要存在著相當(dāng)大的差距,旅游服務(wù)的自動(dòng)化和智能化程度低。當(dāng)前最主要的旅游信息獲取手段是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上進(jìn)行相關(guān)的搜索查詢,由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的信息量過(guò)于冗雜,使得用戶難以準(zhǔn)確快速的從網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的海量數(shù)據(jù)里獲取各自所需要的查詢結(jié)果和信息。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,本文提出了一種基于旅游領(lǐng)域的本體檢索方式,通過(guò)利用語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)一種更貼切游客需要的旅游信息檢索系統(tǒng)。鑒于本體在語(yǔ)義表達(dá)方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),本文提出了構(gòu)建關(guān)于旅游領(lǐng)域的本體知識(shí)庫(kù)模型,模型主要采用七步法的建模步驟,利用OWL描述語(yǔ)言Protégé本體編輯工具來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。該模型主要包括和旅游活動(dòng)相關(guān)的旅游景觀、住宿、旅游交通、餐飲、娛樂(lè)、購(gòu)物等六個(gè)要素,并以普陀山景區(qū)作為實(shí)例進(jìn)行填充,完成了本體庫(kù)的構(gòu)建。為了方便用戶使用,本文開發(fā)了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的問(wèn)答系統(tǒng),來(lái)滿足用戶的需要,主要是采用SPARQL查詢語(yǔ)言和Jena包來(lái)完成對(duì)知識(shí)的推理和答案的抽取,從而驗(yàn)證本文的可行性。
[Abstract]:China's tourism industry is in a stage of rapid development, to stimulate the industrial influence produced is more obvious. But at present the construction and development of tourism information needs and market development is slow, there is a considerable gap, tourism service automation and intelligent degree is low. The main tourist information acquisition method is related to the search in the network query, because the amount of information on the network is too complex, making it difficult for users to quickly and accurately from massive data on the Internet to get their needed information and query results. For the above problems, this paper puts forward a kind of tourism based on Ontology retrieval methods, by using key technologies the semantic web, to design a more appropriate to the demands of tourists information retrieval system. In view of the advantages of the semantic ontology, this paper proposes to construct on the journey Ontology knowledge base model of tourism areas, model mainly adopts seven steps modeling, using OWL description language Prot g ontology editing tools to achieve. This model includes activities related to tourism and tourism landscape, tourism accommodation, transportation, catering, entertainment, shopping and other six elements, and to the Mount Putuo scenic area as an example of filling, completed the construction of ontology. For the convenience of users, this paper developed a simple question answering system, to meet the needs of users, mainly using SPARQL query language and Jena package to complete the knowledge reasoning and answer extraction, which verifies the feasibility of this thesis.
