【摘要】：1913年,實(shí)行"自由結(jié)婚"的上海青年女教員周靜娟在父親周鉞的威逼下投河自盡。司法機(jī)關(guān)對(duì)這一案件的審判,顯示了青年男女的婚戀自由因不受法律保護(hù)而陷入的尷尬處境。隨著事件的披露,"自由結(jié)婚"本身的不穩(wěn)定、不成熟也得以表露�！渡陥�(bào)》對(duì)周靜娟案進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)報(bào)導(dǎo),渲染、批判了婚姻問(wèn)題上父權(quán)制的慘酷。諧文、通俗小說(shuō)的跟進(jìn),呈現(xiàn)出明顯的庸俗化傾向,但當(dāng)年的"新劇"《周靜娟》對(duì)這一題材的把握,已是將其視為嚴(yán)肅的家庭問(wèn)題。三種文體雖然側(cè)重有異,但在不同視角都呈現(xiàn)出"父母專婚"的不合時(shí)宜,客觀上擴(kuò)大了此案的社會(huì)效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In 1913, Zhou Jingjuan, a young woman teacher of "free marriage", threw himself into the river under the force of his father Zhou Yue. The judicial organ's trial of the case showed the embarrassment of the young men and women's freedom of marriage and love because they were not protected by law. With the disclosure of the incident, the instability of "free marriage" itself was revealed. According to the detailed report on Zhou Jingjuan's case, < declaration > criticizes the cruel patriarchy on the marriage problem. The follow-up of the harmonic and popular novels shows a clear tendency of vulgarization, but the "new drama", "Zhou Jing Ju", has been regarded as a serious family problem. The three styles are different but different in different styles. The angle of view shows the inappropriate timing of "parental marriage" and objectively expands the social effect of the case.
