【摘要】：本文討論蔡珠兒的六本散文在主題上的延伸與開展。除了論述蔡珠兒散文的書寫脈絡(luò),也進(jìn)一步指出她的散文轉(zhuǎn)折和變化。蔡珠兒以飲食書寫獲得文壇的關(guān)注,被稱為美食作家。實(shí)際上,她的散文集文化觀察、自然寫作和飲食書寫于一體,并非單純的飲食散文。她的散文起于自然寫作,而最終把關(guān)懷指向土地。她把廣東話融入散文,形成雜糅的語言與文化風(fēng)格,也讓她跟臺(tái)灣以閩文化和外省藉為主的飲食文學(xué)產(chǎn)生區(qū)隔。廣東話之外,感情的深度也形成她的散文特色。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the extension and development of Chua's six essays on the subject. In addition to discussing the writing context of Chua Pearl's prose, she further points out the turning and changing of her prose. Chua Chua, known as a gourmet writer, has gained attention in the literary world with her diet writing. In fact, her prose collection culture observation, natural writing and diet writing in one, not a simple diet prose. Her prose began with natural writing and eventually directed concern to the earth. She blended Cantonese into prose, formed a mixture of language and culture, and separated her from Taiwan's diet literature, which was dominated by Fujian culture and other provinces. In addition to Cantonese, the depth of feelings also formed her prose characteristics.
