清代揚(yáng)州書院課藝研究

【摘要】:清代揚(yáng)州府有梅花、安定、廣陵三大書院。揚(yáng)州三大書院在揚(yáng)州文化史上占有重要地位。在清代的科舉考試規(guī)定下,揚(yáng)州書院為科舉考試而設(shè)的同時(shí),也培養(yǎng)了許多才學(xué)之士。揚(yáng)州書院對童生加以選拔,合格者進(jìn)入書院學(xué)習(xí),書院山長在授課之余,選編生徒優(yōu)秀文章給予點(diǎn)評后,編輯成冊以供書院學(xué)子參考學(xué)習(xí),書院課藝文章是揚(yáng)州地區(qū)八股取士的反映。通過課藝文章和科舉八股文來比較,課藝文章相對于成熟的八股文雖然有一定的差距,但用成熟的八股文眼光來看生徒課藝文章,能進(jìn)一步了解生徒課藝文章的真正價(jià)值。同時(shí),在對謹(jǐn)嚴(yán)的八股文結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析研究中就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),其結(jié)構(gòu)模式固然禁錮了考生的思維,但在謹(jǐn)嚴(yán)的法度下,書院生徒也有很強(qiáng)的遣詞造句能力,從中亦可以窺見揚(yáng)州科舉教育的繁盛。揚(yáng)州書院課藝與揚(yáng)州學(xué)派中的經(jīng)學(xué)訓(xùn)詁也有很密切的聯(lián)系,這也是研究課藝文章的另外一個(gè)角度。書院課藝文章是依儒家經(jīng)典學(xué)說要義而作,這些文章是經(jīng)學(xué)思維的體現(xiàn),文章不僅有對四書五經(jīng)字面意義的解釋,還有對其涵義和義理的闡釋以及社會(huì)道德規(guī)范的理解。依照揚(yáng)州學(xué)派的經(jīng)學(xué)成就對照書院課藝文章,是研究揚(yáng)州書院課藝文章與經(jīng)學(xué)的關(guān)系另外一個(gè)方面。書院課藝的文章多為八股文,因?yàn)槠浒斯芍畾庀⑾鄬Σ惶珴夂?也為探討文章的文學(xué)性提供了不小的空間。八股文體內(nèi)流淌著中國古代文化的血液,從課藝文章的為文章法來看,課藝文章有其鮮明的文學(xué)特點(diǎn)。在清代詩賦科考部分,揚(yáng)州書院教育不僅僅把研習(xí)詩賦作為科考的敲門磚,也是為了促進(jìn)生徒文學(xué)綜合素養(yǎng)的形成,為國家培養(yǎng)“通才”服務(wù)。對課藝?yán)锏脑娰x進(jìn)行研讀,探究生徒詩賦習(xí)作的科考范式,有利于深入研究清代科舉狀況。在對揚(yáng)州書院課藝文章進(jìn)行研究時(shí),從山長對生徒的教育理念也可窺見他們的學(xué)術(shù)思想,諸多的山長批語是對課藝文章的中肯評價(jià),翻檢山長批語也是研究當(dāng)時(shí)科考狀況的一個(gè)角度,也能理解揚(yáng)州地區(qū)對待科舉的思想態(tài)度。揚(yáng)州書院山長從對生徒的八股文訓(xùn)練開始,一直重視生徒們的儒家道德培養(yǎng),揚(yáng)州書院教育不遺余力地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì),希望能在統(tǒng)治者科舉要求的范圍內(nèi),提高生徒們的素養(yǎng),這也是揚(yáng)州一直以來的文風(fēng)所在。
[Abstract]:In the Qing Dynasty, Yangzhou had three academies of plum blossom, stability and Guangling. The three academies of Yangzhou played an important role in the history of Yangzhou culture. Under the regulations of imperial examination in Qing Dynasty, Yangzhou Academy was set up for imperial examination at the same time. Yangzhou Academy also trained a lot of talented scholars. Yangzhou Academy of Classics selected and selected children to study, and those who qualified entered the academy to study. After giving comments on excellent articles selected from students and disciples, they were compiled into books for the reference and study of college students. The article of the Academy of Classical Arts is a reflection of stereotyped talents in Yangzhou. Compared with the eight-part essay of the Imperial examination, although there is a certain gap between the article on the subject and the mature eight-part article, the article is viewed from the mature perspective of the eight-part essay. Can further understand the true value of the art articles of the student class. At the same time, in the analysis and study of the careful structure of the eight-part essay, we will find that the structural model of the article certainly restricts the thinking of the examinee, but under the strict law, The students of the academy also have a strong ability to choose words and sentences, from which we can see the prosperity of the imperial examination education in Yangzhou. There is also a close relationship between the teaching skills of Yangzhou Academy and the classics exegesis in Yangzhou School. This is another angle from which to study the art of lessons. The articles of the Academy of Classics are written according to the essentials of the Confucian Classics. These articles reflect the thinking of Confucian classics. They not only have an explanation for the literal meaning of the four books and the five scriptures. There is also the interpretation of its meaning and principle, as well as the understanding of social morality. According to the Yangzhou School of Classics achievements, This is another aspect of the study of the relationship between the Yangzhou Academy of Classics and the Classics. The articles on the Academy of Classical Arts are mostly eight-part articles, because the atmosphere of the stereotyped writing is relatively weak. It also provides a large space for the discussion of the literariness of the articles. The blood of ancient Chinese culture flows through the body of the eight-part essay. From the point of view of the article on the subject of art, the article has its distinctive literary characteristics. In the part of the scientific examination of poetry and Fu in the Qing Dynasty, The education of Yangzhou Academy of Classical Learning not only takes the study of poetry and Fu as a stepping stone for scientific research, but also promotes the formation of comprehensive literacy of students' literature and serves the national training of "generalists". It is helpful to study the state of imperial examination in the Qing Dynasty by exploring the patterns of the poetry and Fu of the students. In the course of studying the teaching and art articles of Yangzhou Academy, we can also see their academic thoughts from the educational ideas of the mountain leaders against the students. Many of the language of the mountain long criticism is a fair evaluation of the art articles of the course. Turning over the long and criticizing language of the mountain is also an angle from which to study the current scientific research situation at that time. It is also possible to understand the ideological attitude towards the imperial examination in Yangzhou. The director of Yangzhou Academy of Classics has always attached importance to the cultivation of Confucian morality of the students since the eight-part training of the students, and Yangzhou Academy of Classical Education has spared no effort to cultivate the students' comprehensive quality. Hope to improve the quality of the living disciples within the requirements of the imperial examination, this is where Yangzhou has always been literary style.
