格非小說的“后革命敘事”

【摘要】:格非自登上文壇以來就成為先鋒作家中重要的一員,格非小說具有的先鋒性使其在中國(guó)當(dāng)代文學(xué)史上留下濃墨重彩的一筆。深入探究格非小說創(chuàng)作,其具有“后革命立場(chǎng)”的小說是其重要組成部分。格非擺脫了傳統(tǒng)革命歷史敘事的模式化傾向,在新的時(shí)代背景與創(chuàng)作觀念的共同作用下,重新思考革命歷史敘事的樣態(tài),以新的歷史觀和敘事策略重塑革命歷史敘事的新圖景,其審慎的態(tài)度與辯證的思維方式致使革命歷史敘事呈現(xiàn)出獨(dú)特的藝術(shù)風(fēng)貌!昂蟾锩弊鳛橐环N具有多重內(nèi)涵的理論,為格非小說的研究提供了有效的闡釋維度。格非在借鑒中西方文學(xué)資源以及結(jié)合自身創(chuàng)作觀念的基礎(chǔ)上,在故事架構(gòu)、人物塑造以及敘事策略等方面對(duì)傳統(tǒng)革命歷史敘事進(jìn)行重構(gòu),從而建構(gòu)了“后革命時(shí)代”革命歷史敘事的新形態(tài)。論文主要分以下幾個(gè)部分:緒論部分在明確選題對(duì)象以及研究意義的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)前人研究成果進(jìn)行梳理,進(jìn)而指出本選題的研究方法和創(chuàng)新之處。第一章是“后革命”與中國(guó)當(dāng)代文學(xué)敘事。在對(duì)“后革命”理論加以界定的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)中國(guó)當(dāng)代文學(xué)的“后革命敘事”進(jìn)行梳理。首先,從中西方的理論演變來探討“后革命”理論,并且指出“后革命”在文學(xué)上的具體表征。其次,分別從80年代文學(xué)和90年代以來文學(xué)兩個(gè)階段來展開論述,明確中國(guó)當(dāng)代文學(xué)中“后革命敘事”的嬗變。本章旨在明確“后革命”理論的具體內(nèi)涵,進(jìn)而闡述格非小說“后革命敘事”生成的文學(xué)場(chǎng)域。第二章是“后革命敘事”的文化語境與格非的成長(zhǎng)史。從時(shí)代背景、作家心態(tài)以及具體創(chuàng)作三方面來展開論述。首先,對(duì)中國(guó)視閾下的“后革命時(shí)代”加以分析。其次,結(jié)合成長(zhǎng)經(jīng)歷、作家記憶以及時(shí)代特征闡述先鋒作家的創(chuàng)作心態(tài)。再次,結(jié)合具體創(chuàng)作闡述歷史敘事呈現(xiàn)的寓言化傾向。第三章是格非小說“后革命敘事”的審美追求。格非小說中具有“后革命立場(chǎng)”的小說不同程度地體現(xiàn)了對(duì)傳統(tǒng)革命敘事的消解。主要表現(xiàn)為歷史定論的非必然性,小說中往往呈現(xiàn)出故事情節(jié)的突然轉(zhuǎn)變與目的和結(jié)果的偏離,前者使敘事呈現(xiàn)偶然性,后者使敘事具有反諷性。與此同時(shí),革命場(chǎng)景呈現(xiàn)出非史詩(shī)性特點(diǎn),場(chǎng)景的營(yíng)造以及暗淡化描寫增添了文本的悲劇色彩。此外,革命者表現(xiàn)出欲望化、宿命感以及目的與信念游移的特點(diǎn)。第四章是格非小說“后革命思維”與敘事策略。一是格非小說中運(yùn)用敘事“空缺”,造成人物行動(dòng)和故事情節(jié)的斷裂。二是格非選取獨(dú)特的意象對(duì)革命故事進(jìn)行書寫,首先,水意象蘊(yùn)含著揮之不去的憂郁和孤獨(dú),夢(mèng)意象則是預(yù)示著理想的失敗。其次,閣樓與瓦釜意象象征著對(duì)生存的圍困。再次,金蟬作為信物推動(dòng)著情節(jié)的發(fā)展,瓦釜預(yù)示著理想的無奈放逐。第五章是對(duì)格非小說“后革命敘事”的深層思考。首先,探究格非“后革命敘事”的獨(dú)特性,格非小說創(chuàng)作呈現(xiàn)出由早期的形式策略向后期注重革命歷史轉(zhuǎn)變的特點(diǎn)。并且,革命者參加革命的動(dòng)力有時(shí)是內(nèi)心的欲望,伴隨革命進(jìn)程的是對(duì)潛在愛慕對(duì)象的追求。其次,對(duì)先鋒派“后革命敘事”立場(chǎng)進(jìn)行反思,主要側(cè)重于對(duì)先鋒派“后革命敘事”的批判性思考。結(jié)語部分是格非小說“后革命敘事”的意義、價(jià)值及展望。
