拓維信息公司從項目到產品的戰(zhàn)略轉型研究

【摘要】:戰(zhàn)略管理起源于上世紀60年代,經過50多年的發(fā)展,目前已經形成了較為完善的理論體系,并且在企業(yè)實踐中得到了廣泛應用。戰(zhàn)略的正確與否成了企業(yè)能否做大做強的關鍵,特別是對于處于成長期的企業(yè)而言,戰(zhàn)略的制定和實施尤其重要。 拓維信息公司(002261)是湖南省的一家高新技術企業(yè),于1996年成立,2008年7月在深圳證券交易所掛牌上市。公司主要從事軟件開發(fā)、系統(tǒng)集成、電信增值、動漫文化和電子商務等業(yè)務。在上市之前十多年的發(fā)展中,公司業(yè)務類型以項目為主。上市之后,憑借資本市場的資金優(yōu)勢,公司規(guī)模急劇擴張,但是原有的業(yè)務范圍和商業(yè)模式對公司的快速發(fā)展造成了很大的局限,戰(zhàn)略轉型成了公司發(fā)展的必然選擇。 拓維信息公司戰(zhàn)略轉型的重點是業(yè)務模式的轉變,從項目型向產品型轉變,本研究探究了拓維信息公司戰(zhàn)略轉型的背景、實施戰(zhàn)略轉型的必要性和戰(zhàn)略轉型基礎、實施產品戰(zhàn)略轉型的措施和具體方法。其中重點研究了以下三個方面的內容:第一,拓維信息公司的經營環(huán)境,其中宏觀環(huán)境有利于公司戰(zhàn)略的實施,但微觀環(huán)境卻競爭激烈:第二,拓維信息公司項目運行的現(xiàn)狀,存在的不足,及轉型在人才技術和資金等方面具備的基礎條件;第三,拓維信息公司產品戰(zhàn)略的實施途徑和方法。本文的研究不但對拓維信息公司的戰(zhàn)略轉型具有指導意義,而且對其他相關的戰(zhàn)略轉型實踐具有參考和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Strategic management originated in 1960s, after more than 50 years of development, has formed a more perfect theoretical system, and has been widely used in enterprise practice. Whether the strategy is correct or not has become the key to whether the enterprise can be bigger and stronger, especially for the enterprises in the growth period, the formulation and implementation of the strategy is particularly important. Tuowei Information Company (002261) is a high-tech enterprise in Hunan Province, which was established in 1996 and listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in July 2008. The company is mainly engaged in software development, system integration, telecommunications value-added, animation culture and e-commerce and other business. In the development of more than ten years before listing, the business type of the company is mainly project. After listing, with the capital advantage of the capital market, the scale of the company has expanded rapidly, but the original business scope and business model have caused great limitations to the rapid development of the company, and the strategic transformation has become an inevitable choice for the development of the company. The focus of the strategic transformation of Tuowei Information Company is the transformation of the business model, from the project type to the product type. This study explores the background of the strategic transformation of Tuowei Information Company, the necessity of implementing the strategic transformation and the basis of the strategic transformation, and the measures and concrete methods for implementing the strategic transformation of the product. It focuses on the following three aspects: first, the business environment of Tuowei Information Company, in which the macro environment is conducive to the implementation of the company strategy, but the micro environment is fierce competition: second, the current situation of the project operation of Tuowei Information Company, the existing shortcomings, and the basic conditions of the transformation in the aspects of talent technology and capital; third, the implementation ways and methods of the product strategy of Tuowei Information Company. The research in this paper is not only of guiding significance to the strategic transformation of Tuowei Information Company, but also can be used for reference and reference to other related strategic transformation practices.
