【摘要】：市場對動漫人才的需求日益強(qiáng)烈,動漫人才與產(chǎn)業(yè)之間又產(chǎn)生供需矛盾。所以目前存在于我國動漫教育中的問題也引起了廣泛的關(guān)注,由于各大培養(yǎng)動漫人才的院校對市場并不重視,內(nèi)容風(fēng)格等均無創(chuàng)新,單一普遍化嚴(yán)重,師資力量薄弱,學(xué)校在設(shè)置專業(yè)的時候更重視技術(shù)層面的操作,目光短淺沒有準(zhǔn)確為自身的特色定位。應(yīng)該整合師資隊伍并對課程的體系進(jìn)行規(guī)整優(yōu)化,針對學(xué)生和專業(yè)本身去分析研究教學(xué)方式,從而走上動漫教育創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展必經(jīng)的道路。
[Abstract]:The demand for animation talents in the market is becoming stronger and stronger, and there is a contradiction between supply and demand between animation talents and industry. Therefore, the problems existing in animation education in our country have also attracted extensive attention, because the colleges and universities that train animation talents do not attach importance to the market, the content style and so on are not innovative, the single universality is serious, the teacher strength is weak. The school pays more attention to the operation at the technical level when setting up the specialty, the vision is short-sighted and does not accurately position for its own characteristics. We should integrate the teaching staff and optimize the curriculum system, analyze and study the teaching methods for students and majors themselves, so as to embark on the road of the development of animation education innovation.
