【摘要】：國內(nèi)現(xiàn)階段有400多所高校開設(shè)了動(dòng)漫類及相關(guān)專業(yè),同時(shí)動(dòng)漫業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展又急需大量的人才,未來10年間我國動(dòng)漫專業(yè)人才的需求量將達(dá)到15萬到30萬左右,但是仍然存在用人單位選人難、畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難的問題。原因是各高校開設(shè)的課程相近,專業(yè)雷同,使得普通人才過剩,特色人才缺乏。高校應(yīng)該積極探索新的教育理念,增加特色專業(yè),實(shí)行多元化辦學(xué),培養(yǎng)特色人才。
[Abstract]:At present, more than 400 colleges and universities in China have opened animation and related specialties. At the same time, the rapid development of the animation industry is in urgent need of a large number of talents. In the next 10 years, the demand for animation professionals in our country will reach about one hundred and fifty thousand to three hundred thousand. However, there are still difficult selection of employers, graduates difficult to find employment problems. The reason is that the courses offered by colleges and universities are similar and the specialties are the same, which leads to the surplus of ordinary talents and the lack of special talents. Colleges and universities should actively explore new educational ideas, increase specialties, carry out diversified schools, and cultivate talents with characteristics.
