【摘要】：《國家"十一五"時期文化發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》中,把數(shù)字內(nèi)容和動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)列為未來5年中國著力發(fā)展的九類重點文化產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán),緊跟國際尖端制作技術(shù)的民族動漫產(chǎn)業(yè),將承載著產(chǎn)業(yè)對接和維護(hù)中國文化尊嚴(yán)的雙重使命。而南京市政府更是順應(yīng)這一歷史使命,抓住機(jī)遇、大膽創(chuàng)新,在動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展上給予企業(yè)極大的政策支持。與此同時,歷經(jīng)數(shù)年,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)我們的動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展速度與其它新興行業(yè)顯得太慢,問題究竟在哪?本文力圖從價值鏈的理念出發(fā),去破解這一難題。
[Abstract]:Digital content and animation industry are listed as one of the nine key cultural industries that China will focus on in the next five years in the outline of the National Plan for Cultural Development during the Eleventh five-year Plan period. With independent intellectual property rights, closely following the international cutting-edge production technology of the national animation industry, will bear the industry docking and safeguard the dual mission of Chinese cultural dignity. Nanjing city government is to comply with this historical mission, seize the opportunity, bold innovation, in the development of animation industry to give great policy support to enterprises. At the same time, after several years, we found that our animation industry and other emerging industries appear to be too slow, where is the question? This article tries to start from the concept of value chain, to solve this difficult problem.
