【摘要】：生產(chǎn)性實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)是高職院校教學(xué)體系的必要環(huán)節(jié),是實(shí)現(xiàn)高職教育目標(biāo),為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)技能型人才的主要手段。校企合作共建校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實(shí)訓(xùn)基地是提高學(xué)生專業(yè)技能和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的有效途徑,也是提高專業(yè)教師生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐能力、優(yōu)化教師隊(duì)伍的捷徑。
[Abstract]:Productive practical training teaching is a necessary link in the teaching system of higher vocational colleges. It is the main means to realize the goal of higher vocational education and to train high quality skilled personnel for the society. It is not only an effective way to improve students' professional skills and professional accomplishment, but also a shortcut to improve professional teachers' production practice ability and optimize teachers' team.
