【摘要】：當今世界,隨著知識經(jīng)濟朝陽的冉冉升起,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)正以其銳不可擋之勢崛起。知識就是力量,創(chuàng)意就是財富!上海的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)正是在國際創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展的大背景下,隨著中心城區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和布局調(diào)整,逐步發(fā)展起來的。上海市政府從未來發(fā)展的需要出發(fā),提出了大力發(fā)展創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè),打造創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)之都的戰(zhàn)略目標。如今,大力推動創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,真正把創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)打造成上海經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新亮點,已成為一個擺在我們面前亟待解決的公共政策問題。 本文分為五章。第一章為緒論。第二章概括了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵、外延及主要特征。第三章研究了英國、美國、新加坡等國家及香港、北京、深圳等國內(nèi)省市的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展狀況及相關(guān)政策,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了對上海的啟示及上海推進創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基本思路。第四章闡述了上海創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)政策,分析了發(fā)展中存在的主要問題。第五章對上海發(fā)展創(chuàng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的公共政策提出建議,包括上海發(fā)展創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的指導思想,推進創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重點領(lǐng)域,以及促進創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展應采取的措施。 本文全面闡述了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵和外延、特征和發(fā)展狀況,剖析了上海創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,并就上海發(fā)展創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)提出了公共政策建議。
[Abstract]:In today's world, with the rising sun of knowledge economy, creative industry is rising with its sharp trend. Knowledge is power, creativity is wealth! Under the background of the vigorous development of the international creative industry, the creative industry in Shanghai has developed gradually with the adjustment of industrial structure and layout in the central city. According to the need of future development, Shanghai municipal government has put forward the strategic goal of developing creative industry and creating creative industry capital. Nowadays, vigorously promoting the development of creative industry and truly turning creative industry into a new bright spot of Shanghai's economic development has become a public policy problem that needs to be solved urgently in front of us. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter summarizes the connotation, extension and main characteristics of creative industry. The third chapter studies the development of creative industries and related policies in Britain, the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shenzhen and other domestic provinces and cities. On this basis, it summarizes the inspiration to Shanghai and the basic ideas of promoting the development of creative industry in Shanghai. The fourth chapter describes the current situation and related policies of Shanghai creative industry, and analyzes the main problems in the development. The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions on the public policy for the development of entrepreneurial industry in Shanghai, including the guiding ideology of the development of creative industry in Shanghai, the key areas of promoting the development of creative industry, and the measures to be taken to promote the development of creative industry. This paper comprehensively expounds the connotation, extension, characteristics and development of creative industry, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of creative industry in Shanghai, and puts forward some public policy suggestions on the development of creative industry in Shanghai.
