高校電視媒體存在的問題和解決之道

【摘要】:電視是20世紀(jì)影響人類社會(huì)、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化生活的最重要發(fā)明之一,電視進(jìn)入高校近30年,電視媒體在高校中肩負(fù)著宣傳教育、溝通交流、為教學(xué)科研服務(wù),以及實(shí)現(xiàn)校園文化傳承和升華等基本職能。 近年來關(guān)于高校電視媒體研究的成果不斷呈現(xiàn),但是從理論上和實(shí)踐上進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)研究的成果寥寥無幾。高校電視媒體存在的主要問題有:1、人員問題:專職人員不足,專業(yè)水平不高,對(duì)外交流不夠;2、設(shè)備問題:數(shù)量不足且相對(duì)落后,配置不夠合理;3、受眾問題:節(jié)目?jī)?nèi)容單一,受眾不斷流失;4、服務(wù)問題:為教學(xué)和科研服務(wù)沒有完全到位;5、組織管理問題:組織機(jī)構(gòu)不夠規(guī)范、管理制度不夠嚴(yán)密。 分析和研究了高校電視媒體管理體制以及與地方電視媒體和其他類型校園媒體不同特點(diǎn),高校電視媒體存在問題相互交錯(cuò),相互牽制,相互影響,要想得到徹底解決,是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程,問題的解決必須與今后發(fā)展相結(jié)合。 比較全面地提出了高校電視媒體存在問題的解決與今后發(fā)展之道:1、組織建設(shè)方面:高校電視媒體歸屬于公共校園媒體部門,建立負(fù)責(zé)人制,完善管理制度,建立一支專兼職人員和學(xué)生組成的優(yōu)秀團(tuán)隊(duì)。2、資源建設(shè)方面:整合校內(nèi)音、視頻資源,搭建校園電視運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和學(xué)生實(shí)踐鍛煉提高平臺(tái),同時(shí)加強(qiáng)校內(nèi)外相關(guān)部門的交流合作,適度商業(yè)化。3、服務(wù)方面:把握突出“本土化”、遵從貼近受眾、提升公性力等原則,堅(jiān)持電視產(chǎn)品突出教育性和教學(xué)性;突出師生員工,抓住熱點(diǎn)問題等。4、遠(yuǎn)景方面:迎接全媒體到來 特別建議在有條件的高校,將高校電視媒體和音、視頻以及動(dòng)漫實(shí)驗(yàn)室等整合組建成一個(gè)高校電視媒體基地。它是一個(gè)獨(dú)立的機(jī)構(gòu),是理想的組織機(jī)構(gòu),是資源整合的理想方法。
[Abstract]:Television is one of the most important inventions that affect the social, political, economic and cultural life of human beings in the 20th century. And the realization of campus culture inheritance and sublimation and other basic functions. In recent years, the achievements of TV media research in colleges and universities have been presented constantly, but the results of comprehensive and systematic research in theory and practice are few and far between. The main problems of TV media in colleges and universities are: 1, personnel: insufficient full-time personnel, low professional level, insufficient communication with foreign countries, and equipment problems: insufficient quantity and relative backwardness, unreasonable configuration; 3, audience problem: program content is single, audience is losing continuously 4, service problem: for teaching and scientific research service is not completely in place, organization management problem: organization is not standard, management system is not strict enough. This paper analyzes and studies the management system of college TV media and its different characteristics from local TV media and other types of campus media. The problems of college TV media are interlaced, restrained and influenced, in order to be solved thoroughly. Is a system engineering, the solution of the problem must be combined with the future development. In this paper, the author puts forward the ways to solve the problems existing in the TV media of colleges and universities and the way to develop them in the future. In the aspect of organizational construction, the TV media in colleges and universities belong to the public campus media departments, establish the system of responsible persons, and perfect the management system. Establish an excellent team of part-time personnel and students. In terms of resource construction: integrate audio and video resources on campus, set up a platform for improving the operation of campus television and students' practical training, and strengthen the communication and cooperation between relevant departments inside and outside the school. Appropriate commercialization. 3, service aspect: grasp outstanding "localization", comply with the principles such as close to the audience, promote the public power, insist on the television product outstanding education and teaching, highlight the teachers, students, staff, etc. Seize the hot issues, such as. 4, perspective: welcome the arrival of the media in the conditional colleges, colleges and universities TV media and audio, video and animation laboratory and other integration into a college television media base. It is an independent organization, an ideal organization and an ideal method of resource integration.
