【摘要】：動漫產業(yè)作為我國的朝陽產業(yè),近年來市場不斷擴大。動漫產業(yè)的快速發(fā)展對動漫專業(yè)人才的需求不斷上升,同時對專業(yè)人才的素質標準提出了更高要求,這就需要動漫專業(yè)教育要適應時代和市場變化,改變傳統(tǒng)教育模式,創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式,提高人才培養(yǎng)質量,而產學研合作無疑是一種推進動漫人才專業(yè)化培養(yǎng)的有效模式。
[Abstract]:Animation industry as a sunrise industry in China, the market has been expanding in recent years. With the rapid development of the animation industry, the demand for animation professionals is rising, and the quality standards of the professionals are required to be higher. It is necessary for the animation professional education to adapt to the changes of the times and the market, and to change the traditional education model. Innovation talent training mode, improve the quality of talent training, and the cooperation of production, education and research is undoubtedly an effective mode to promote the professional training of animation talent.
