【摘要】：動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國近年來迅速發(fā)展的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),面對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展新勢頭及由此引發(fā)的供需失衡的動漫人才市場,高等院校動漫專業(yè)教育目前存在課程體系設(shè)置不合理、師資隊伍專業(yè)水平偏低、培養(yǎng)人才嚴(yán)重脫離崗位需求等客觀現(xiàn)實問題。本文通過對動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)及高校動漫人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀、存在問題的深入分析,提出改革建議與措施,以期達(dá)到促使我國高等院校的動漫專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)水平得到進一步提高,為動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供有力的職業(yè)人才保障的目的。
[Abstract]:Animation industry is a newly developed industry in China in recent years. In the face of the new trend of industry development and the resulting imbalance between supply and demand, the curriculum system of animation specialty education in colleges and universities is unreasonable. The professional level of teaching staff is on the low side, and the cultivation of talents is seriously divorced from the post demand and other objective practical problems. Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of animation and animation talent training in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some reform suggestions and measures, in order to improve the training level of animation professionals in colleges and universities of our country. For the development of animation industry to provide a strong professional talent security purposes.
