【摘要】：正2005年,發(fā)展動漫等文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的目標(biāo)被正式列入我國“十一五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃中。在政策東風(fēng)的吹拂下,這兩年出版行業(yè)涌現(xiàn)出一大批新的動漫期刊。2004年1月,旗幟鮮明地以“中國第一本成人漫畫雜志”為口號的《漫時代》高調(diào)創(chuàng)刊。由漫友文化傳播機(jī)構(gòu)策劃定位的于2002年5月創(chuàng)刊的動漫期刊《漫友》,其辦刊特色是把動漫資訊與原創(chuàng)漫畫合為一刊�！堵选飞�
[Abstract]:In 2005, the goal of developing animation and other cultural industries was formally included in the "11th Five-Year" development plan of China. Under the wind of the policy, a large number of new animation periodicals emerged in the two years' publishing industry in January,.2004, with a clear-cut stand with the slogan of "the first adult comic book in China" as the slogan. In May 2002, the cultural communication agency planned to set up an animation magazine, "Manyu", which featured a combination of animation information and original comics.
