【摘要】：正第十屆中國國際動漫節(jié)即將舉辦,杭州動漫也已走過了十年歷程。十年來,杭州動漫從無到有,從有到多,現(xiàn)正處在從多到強的轉(zhuǎn)型升級階段。毫無疑問,十年的發(fā)展,為杭州動漫打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ),建構(gòu)起了良好的格局:杭州動漫年產(chǎn)量曾連續(xù)多年名列全國第一,杭州曾多次位列全國十大動漫城市之首,杭州有兩大國家動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)基地和三大國家動漫教育研究基地,杭州更有國家級的中國國際動漫節(jié),并正在籌建全國唯一的中國動漫博物館。顯然,杭州動漫發(fā)展不僅是全方位的,而且層
