從文化產(chǎn)業(yè)視角探析動(dòng)畫教學(xué)

【摘要】: 動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)是一個(gè)以創(chuàng)意為核心的藝術(shù)文化產(chǎn)業(yè),動(dòng)畫的初形思維在人類有文明以來(lái)就有了,動(dòng)畫藝術(shù)在觀念上汲取了純繪畫的精致藝術(shù)及通俗文化的漫畫卡通。這種包含前衛(wèi)精神與庸俗文化的兩極特性,一直都是動(dòng)畫吸引入的地方。隨著科技的發(fā)展,動(dòng)漫作為一項(xiàng)專門的職業(yè),走上了一條輝煌的動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)文化之路。 動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)一直是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家中的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),這十多年來(lái)中國(guó)動(dòng)漫市場(chǎng)一直被歐美、日韓等國(guó)占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位。面對(duì)外來(lái)沖擊,要振興民族動(dòng)畫產(chǎn)業(yè),動(dòng)漫人才培養(yǎng)就成為了產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,各院校紛紛增設(shè)動(dòng)漫專業(yè)。然而,目前許多高職院校是在教師隊(duì)伍配置不合理、教學(xué)理念不成熟的情況下倉(cāng)促組建開設(shè)這個(gè)專業(yè),這就不可避免地出現(xiàn)很多問(wèn)題。 研究認(rèn)為,其一高職院校單方面的培養(yǎng)教育方式已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)脫離了社會(huì),所以職業(yè)教育的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)應(yīng)貼近市場(chǎng)發(fā)展和企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際,在培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中強(qiáng)調(diào)實(shí)踐教學(xué),應(yīng)使教學(xué)與生產(chǎn)緊密結(jié)合,學(xué)校和企業(yè)密切合作。讓學(xué)生走出教室、走出校園,走入社會(huì)、走入市場(chǎng)、走入崗位,直面崗位的需要。校企合作能有效促進(jìn)學(xué)生就業(yè)的需要,有利于培養(yǎng)企業(yè)所急需的實(shí)用型人才,有利于職業(yè)院校的教育教學(xué)改革。其二高職院校的動(dòng)漫專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)不能再以原有的模式進(jìn)行,應(yīng)合理構(gòu)建專業(yè)方向、設(shè)置專業(yè)課程,結(jié)合學(xué)院自身的特點(diǎn),把握現(xiàn)代職業(yè)院校動(dòng)漫教育的思路,構(gòu)建適應(yīng)中國(guó)職業(yè)院校自身的現(xiàn)代動(dòng)畫教育體系。 根據(jù)我院近幾年與動(dòng)畫企業(yè)的深度合作經(jīng)驗(yàn),針對(duì)高職動(dòng)漫教育,以項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)與制作的流程為依據(jù),設(shè)計(jì)課程體系,為學(xué)院動(dòng)漫專業(yè)制定一套人才培養(yǎng)方案。
[Abstract]:Animation industry is an artistic and cultural industry with creativity as its core. The initial thinking of animation has existed since human civilization. Animation art has absorbed the fine art of pure painting and cartoon of popular culture in concept. This kind of two-pole characteristic including avantgarde spirit and vulgar culture has always been the attraction of animation. With the development of science and technology, animation, as a special profession, has embarked on a brilliant road of animation industry culture. Animation industry has been a pillar industry in developed countries. In the past decade, China's animation market has been dominated by Europe and America, Japan and South Korea. In the face of external shocks, to revitalize the national animation industry, animation talent training has become the key to the development of the industry, colleges and universities have added animation specialty. However, at present, many higher vocational colleges hastily set up and set up this specialty under the condition of unreasonable allocation of teachers and immature teaching idea, which inevitably leads to a lot of problems. The study holds that, first, the unilateral training and education methods in higher vocational colleges have been far away from society, so the training goal of vocational education should be close to the reality of market development and enterprise production, and the practice teaching should be emphasized in the training process. Teaching and production should be closely combined, and schools and enterprises should cooperate closely. Let students out of the classroom, out of the campus, into the society, into the market, into the position, directly facing the needs of the post. The cooperation between school and enterprise can effectively promote the needs of students' employment, train the practical talents badly needed by enterprises, and help the reform of education and teaching in vocational colleges and universities. Second, the cultivation of animation professionals in higher vocational colleges can no longer be carried out in the original mode. We should construct the professional direction rationally, set up professional courses, and grasp the ideas of animation education in modern vocational colleges, combining with the characteristics of the college itself. Construct the modern animation education system which adapts to the Chinese vocational colleges and universities themselves. According to the deep cooperation experience between our college and animation enterprises in recent years, aiming at higher vocational animation education, according to the process of project design and production, the course system is designed, and a set of talent training plan for animation specialty of college is worked out.
