從文化產(chǎn)業(yè)視角探析動畫教學

【摘要】: 動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)是一個以創(chuàng)意為核心的藝術文化產(chǎn)業(yè),動畫的初形思維在人類有文明以來就有了,動畫藝術在觀念上汲取了純繪畫的精致藝術及通俗文化的漫畫卡通。這種包含前衛(wèi)精神與庸俗文化的兩極特性,一直都是動畫吸引入的地方。隨著科技的發(fā)展,動漫作為一項專門的職業(yè),走上了一條輝煌的動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)文化之路。 動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)一直是經(jīng)濟發(fā)達國家中的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),這十多年來中國動漫市場一直被歐美、日韓等國占據(jù)主導地位。面對外來沖擊,要振興民族動畫產(chǎn)業(yè),動漫人才培養(yǎng)就成為了產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關鍵,各院校紛紛增設動漫專業(yè)。然而,目前許多高職院校是在教師隊伍配置不合理、教學理念不成熟的情況下倉促組建開設這個專業(yè),這就不可避免地出現(xiàn)很多問題。 研究認為,其一高職院校單方面的培養(yǎng)教育方式已遠遠脫離了社會,所以職業(yè)教育的培養(yǎng)目標應貼近市場發(fā)展和企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的實際,在培養(yǎng)過程中強調(diào)實踐教學,應使教學與生產(chǎn)緊密結合,學校和企業(yè)密切合作。讓學生走出教室、走出校園,走入社會、走入市場、走入崗位,直面崗位的需要。校企合作能有效促進學生就業(yè)的需要,有利于培養(yǎng)企業(yè)所急需的實用型人才,有利于職業(yè)院校的教育教學改革。其二高職院校的動漫專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)不能再以原有的模式進行,應合理構建專業(yè)方向、設置專業(yè)課程,結合學院自身的特點,把握現(xiàn)代職業(yè)院校動漫教育的思路,構建適應中國職業(yè)院校自身的現(xiàn)代動畫教育體系。 根據(jù)我院近幾年與動畫企業(yè)的深度合作經(jīng)驗,針對高職動漫教育,以項目設計與制作的流程為依據(jù),設計課程體系,為學院動漫專業(yè)制定一套人才培養(yǎng)方案。
[Abstract]:Animation industry is an artistic and cultural industry with creativity as its core. The initial thinking of animation has existed since human civilization. Animation art has absorbed the fine art of pure painting and cartoon of popular culture in concept. This kind of two-pole characteristic including avantgarde spirit and vulgar culture has always been the attraction of animation. With the development of science and technology, animation, as a special profession, has embarked on a brilliant road of animation industry culture. Animation industry has been a pillar industry in developed countries. In the past decade, China's animation market has been dominated by Europe and America, Japan and South Korea. In the face of external shocks, to revitalize the national animation industry, animation talent training has become the key to the development of the industry, colleges and universities have added animation specialty. However, at present, many higher vocational colleges hastily set up and set up this specialty under the condition of unreasonable allocation of teachers and immature teaching idea, which inevitably leads to a lot of problems. The study holds that, first, the unilateral training and education methods in higher vocational colleges have been far away from society, so the training goal of vocational education should be close to the reality of market development and enterprise production, and the practice teaching should be emphasized in the training process. Teaching and production should be closely combined, and schools and enterprises should cooperate closely. Let students out of the classroom, out of the campus, into the society, into the market, into the position, directly facing the needs of the post. The cooperation between school and enterprise can effectively promote the needs of students' employment, train the practical talents badly needed by enterprises, and help the reform of education and teaching in vocational colleges and universities. Second, the cultivation of animation professionals in higher vocational colleges can no longer be carried out in the original mode. We should construct the professional direction rationally, set up professional courses, and grasp the ideas of animation education in modern vocational colleges, combining with the characteristics of the college itself. Construct the modern animation education system which adapts to the Chinese vocational colleges and universities themselves. According to the deep cooperation experience between our college and animation enterprises in recent years, aiming at higher vocational animation education, according to the process of project design and production, the course system is designed, and a set of talent training plan for animation specialty of college is worked out.
