【摘要】： 改革開放以來，我國(guó)中小企業(yè)得到了快速發(fā)展，在確保國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)、緩解就業(yè)壓力、拉動(dòng)民間投資、優(yōu)化經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、推進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等方面發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。但是，目前我國(guó)中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展還處在初級(jí)階段，由于經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整，特是加入WTO之后，中小企業(yè)處于巨大的傳統(tǒng)貫性與劇烈的轉(zhuǎn)型碰撞之中，，一方面中小企業(yè)分享經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型過程中帶來的新機(jī)會(huì)，同時(shí)在成長(zhǎng)的道路上面臨著更為復(fù)雜的問題，尤其是戰(zhàn)略問題。北京賽迪三維動(dòng)畫培訓(xùn)中心是一家主要從事三維動(dòng)漫的培訓(xùn)和加工的知識(shí)密集、技術(shù)密集的創(chuàng)業(yè)型企業(yè)，公司剛剛設(shè)立，屬典型的小企業(yè)，面臨著在行業(yè)快速發(fā)展的背景下如何成長(zhǎng)的問題。本文運(yùn)用中小企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的相關(guān)理論結(jié)合北京賽迪三維動(dòng)畫培訓(xùn)中心的實(shí)際情況，對(duì)北京賽迪三維動(dòng)畫培訓(xùn)中心在新經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下的成長(zhǎng)戰(zhàn)略框架進(jìn)行了探索，希望能對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期中小企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)實(shí)踐有一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country have got rapid development, in ensuring the steady growth of the national economy, alleviating the employment pressure, pulling the folk investment, optimizing the economic structure, promoting the market competition. Promoting technological innovation is playing a more and more important role. However, at present, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is still in the primary stage. Due to the adjustment of the economic structure, especially after China's entry into the WTO, the small and medium-sized enterprises are in the midst of a huge collision between the traditional consistency and the violent transformation. On the one hand, small and medium-sized enterprises share the new opportunities in the process of economic transformation, at the same time, they face more complex problems, especially strategic problems. Beijing Sadie 3D Animation training Center is a knowledge-intensive, technology-intensive entrepreneurial enterprise mainly engaged in the training and processing of 3D animation. The company has just been established and is a typical small enterprise. Faced with the rapid development of the industry in the context of how to grow. Based on the theory of the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises and the actual situation of Beijing Sadie 3D Animation training Center, this paper explores the strategic framework of Beijing Sadie 3D Animation training Center under the new economic background. The author hopes to guide and draw lessons from the growth practice of small and medium-sized enterprises in the period of economic transformation.
