【摘要】： 全國最大的動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)基地——國家動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合示范園2009年7月1日在天津?yàn)I海新區(qū)正式開工。該項(xiàng)目的開工建設(shè),對(duì)于加快動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)文化競爭力,更好地滿足人民群眾日益增長的精神文化需求,都具有重大的意義。動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè),是指以“創(chuàng)意”為核心,以動(dòng)畫、漫畫為表現(xiàn)形式,包含動(dòng)漫圖書、報(bào)刊、電影、電視、音像制品、舞臺(tái)劇和基于現(xiàn)代信息傳播技術(shù)手段的動(dòng)漫新品種等動(dòng)漫直接產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、出版、播出、演出和銷售,以及與動(dòng)漫形象有關(guān)的服裝、玩具、電子游戲等衍生產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營的產(chǎn)業(yè)。 本文從動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),采用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的研究方法,詳實(shí)地分析了動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目的可行性問題。文中首先介紹了可行性研究的相關(guān)理論和擬建項(xiàng)目概況,然后結(jié)合可行性研究的方法和程序,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代工程學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和管理科學(xué)理論從市場、技術(shù)方案,經(jīng)濟(jì),社會(huì)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)五個(gè)方面對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的可行性進(jìn)行了論述,在項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估中主要采用模糊綜合分析評(píng)價(jià)法層次分析法對(duì)項(xiàng)目所面臨的內(nèi)外部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行了全方位的分析論證。通過分析論證最后得出了該項(xiàng)目可行的結(jié)論,并提出了建議。
[Abstract]:China's largest animation industry base-national animation industry comprehensive demonstration park July 1, 2009 in Tianjin Binhai New area officially started. The construction of the project is of great significance to accelerate the development of animation industry, strengthen the cultural competitiveness, and better meet the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the people. Animation industry refers to "creative" as the core, animation, comic as the form of expression, including animation books, newspapers, movies, television, audio-visual products, The development, production, publication, broadcasting, performance and sale of direct animation products such as stage plays and new animation products based on modern information dissemination technology, as well as clothing and toys related to animation images, The production and management of derivative products such as video games. Based on the actual situation of the animation industry park project, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the animation industry park project in detail by using the research method of combining theory with practice. This paper first introduces the relevant theories of the feasibility study and the outline of the proposed project, then combines the methods and procedures of the feasibility study, and applies modern engineering, economics and management science theories from the market, the technical scheme, the economy, The feasibility of the project is discussed from five aspects of society and risk. In the project risk assessment, the fuzzy comprehensive analysis and evaluation method is mainly used to analyze and demonstrate the internal and external risk factors faced by the project. Finally, the feasible conclusion of the project is obtained through analysis and argumentation, and some suggestions are put forward.
