高職動漫人才培養(yǎng)模式及教學改革

Along with the flourishing development of animation industry in recent yeara of China,how to train animation personnel has become a significant issue in education field.The personnel shortage within Animation industry,in contrast with those big amounts of unemployed animation graduates every year,what would such big gap be attributed to? I suppose this would be the question for everyone of us who worts as an educator in this industry to think about.How to establish a reasonable teaching module suitable for advanced professional and leading substantial teaching technique,is the subject discussed in this paper.
