皮克斯的三位一體之于中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)的啟示

【摘要】:無(wú)論是在一部動(dòng)畫(huà)片中還是在一個(gè)動(dòng)畫(huà)公司的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,技術(shù)、藝術(shù)和商業(yè)一直是一個(gè)難以協(xié)調(diào)且困惑主創(chuàng)人員和經(jīng)營(yíng)者的問(wèn)題。他們常;蚴菑(qiáng)調(diào)技術(shù)忽略了藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)和商業(yè)運(yùn)作;抑或是重商業(yè)利益而忽視了作品的藝術(shù)性和對(duì)技術(shù)的研究;再有就是只強(qiáng)調(diào)藝術(shù)性而忽略追求動(dòng)畫(huà)的商業(yè)利益和技術(shù)發(fā)展。如何協(xié)調(diào)這三者的關(guān)系,皮克斯無(wú)疑是一個(gè)成功的案例。在皮克斯,技術(shù)、藝術(shù)和商業(yè)的關(guān)系十分明晰:那就是“藝術(shù)挑戰(zhàn)技術(shù),技術(shù)啟發(fā)藝術(shù),”商業(yè)則支撐二者,二者又反過(guò)來(lái)促進(jìn)皮克斯在商業(yè)上的成功。 本文從技術(shù)、藝術(shù)和商業(yè)三個(gè)方面入手,通過(guò)闡述皮克斯技術(shù)和藝術(shù)的關(guān)系,藝術(shù)和商業(yè)的關(guān)系以及商業(yè)如何支撐技術(shù)和藝術(shù),綜合運(yùn)用SWOT矩陣分析皮克斯能夠取得成功的原因。并以此結(jié)合中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)現(xiàn)狀,嘗試通過(guò)建立囚徒困境模型等方式來(lái)找出中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)所面臨的問(wèn)題癥結(jié),,以期為后來(lái)的研究者提供一些參考,為現(xiàn)今中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)走出發(fā)展的瓶頸出一己綿薄之力。 本文主要的研究成果包括: 1.為探索從理論上對(duì)研究中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)制作瓶頸問(wèn)題提供支持,對(duì)皮克斯三位一體的動(dòng)畫(huà)制作理念及其作品的成就特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了全面系統(tǒng)的分析。 2.為探索對(duì)中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行科學(xué)分析的模式,建立了皮克斯和中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)的SWOT分析矩陣。 3.為探索突破中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)制作瓶頸,提供直觀的解決方案,建立了用于分析中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)為何投資不足的囚徒困境模型。 4.從普遍的觀點(diǎn),特別是從動(dòng)畫(huà)教育的角度分析了皮克斯帶給中國(guó)的啟示,探索為中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)解決后續(xù)力量提出前瞻性建議。
[Abstract]:Whether in an animated film or in the development of an animation company, technology, Art and business have been a difficult and confusing problem for creators and operators, who often or emphasize that technology ignores artistic expression and business operations; Or the emphasis on commercial interests and neglect of the artistry of the work and the study of technology, and then the emphasis on artistry while neglecting the commercial interests and technological development of animation. How to coordinate these three relations? Pixar is certainly a success story. In Pixar, the relationship between technology, art and business is clear: "Art challenges technology, technology inspires art," business supports both. Both in turn contributed to Pixar's commercial success. This article starts with the three aspects of technology, art and commerce, and expounds the relationship between Pixar technology and art, the relationship between art and commerce, and how commerce supports technology and art. Using SWOT matrix to analyze the reasons why Pixar can succeed, and combining with the current situation of Chinese animation, trying to find out the crux of the problem that Chinese animation faces by establishing prisoner's dilemma model and so on. In order to provide some reference for the later researchers, the current Chinese animation out of the bottleneck of the development of a small force. The main research results of this paper are as follows:. 1. In order to provide theoretical support for the study of the bottleneck of Chinese animation production, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the concept of "Pixar Trinity" animation production and the achievement characteristics of its works. 2. In order to explore the mode of scientific analysis of Chinese animation industry, the SWOT analysis matrix of Pixar and Chinese animation industry is established. 3. In order to explore and break through the bottleneck of Chinese animation production and provide an intuitive solution, a prisoner's dilemma model is established to analyze why Chinese animation is underinvested. 4. From the general point of view, especially from the angle of animation education, this paper analyzes the inspiration that Pixar brings to China, and explores some forward-looking suggestions for the Chinese animation industry to solve the following problems.
