【摘要】：中小文化企業(yè)發(fā)展中存在著資金需求大周期長但難以成功融資的尷尬局面,究其原因主要是文化產(chǎn)業(yè)特有的高商業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和不確定的政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、中小文化企業(yè)的先天性缺陷以及不適合文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的國家投融資制度。國家支持中小文化企業(yè)融資具有經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會的雙重意義,未來應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的宣傳和扶持力度,為中小文化企業(yè)投融資構(gòu)建良好的外部環(huán)境;應(yīng)當(dāng)重構(gòu)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的融資制度,為輕資產(chǎn)的中小企業(yè)在內(nèi)的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)獲得公平融資機(jī)會;應(yīng)當(dāng)建立中小文化企業(yè)融資機(jī)制,直接促進(jìn)中小文化企業(yè)高效融資。
[Abstract]:The development of small and medium-sized enterprise culture exists in the capital demand cycle is long but difficult to successful financing of the embarrassing situation, the main reason is the cultural industry unique high commercial risk and political risk and uncertainty, congenital defects of small and medium-sized cultural enterprises and is not suitable for China's cultural industry investment and financing system. Double meaning state support for small and medium sized culture enterprise financing is the economy and society, the future should be to strengthen the cultural industry promotion and support for small and medium-sized enterprise financing culture to build a good external environment; should reconstruct the cultural industry financing system for equity financing opportunities for SMEs asset light and other cultural industries; should establish financing mechanism of small and medium enterprise culture, directly to promote the small and medium-sized enterprise culture, financing.
