【摘要】：大學(xué)生動畫工作室,是指由大學(xué)師生創(chuàng)立,從事動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)或?qū)嵺`的專業(yè)團隊。隨著國內(nèi)動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和變化,國內(nèi)動畫市場新興了很多不同類別、不同性質(zhì)的動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)機構(gòu),大學(xué)生動畫工作室就是其中之一。以代工等動漫業(yè)務(wù)為主的大學(xué)生動畫工作室不僅是國內(nèi)高校相關(guān)專業(yè)教學(xué)的重要實驗基地,是大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的良好選擇,也是國內(nèi)動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)多樣化的重要體現(xiàn)。大學(xué)生動畫工作室,雖然對國內(nèi)動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)、動畫教育有一定的貢獻,但是其自身的問題和不成熟方面還有待解決和提高。本文將從國內(nèi)動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀入手,分析我國目前動畫教育和動畫市場的情況,分析大學(xué)生動畫工作室的特點、存在價值、條件優(yōu)勢和存在問題,并結(jié)合作者和相關(guān)人員的經(jīng)歷和經(jīng)驗,探尋大學(xué)生動畫工作室可行的經(jīng)營模式以及國內(nèi)動漫新人的成才之路。
[Abstract]:The animation studio for college students refers to the professional team established by university teachers and students, engaged in animation industry related business or practice. With the development and change of domestic animation industry, the domestic animation market has emerged many different categories. The animation studio of college students is one of the different kinds of animation industry organizations. The animation studio of college students, which is based on the animation business such as contract industry, is not only an important experimental base for the teaching of related majors in colleges and universities in China. It is a good choice for college students to set up their own businesses, and it is also an important embodiment of the diversification of the domestic animation industry. Although the animation studios of college students have contributed to the domestic animation industry and animation education, However, its own problems and immature aspects still need to be solved and improved. This paper will start with the current situation of domestic animation industry, analyze the current situation of animation education and animation market in our country, analyze the characteristics of the animation studio of college students and its existence value. Combined with the experience and experience of the author and related personnel, this paper explores the feasible management mode of the animation studio for college students and the way to become a talent for the new comics in China.
