【摘要】：利用植物動漫部件組裝整株植物是植物生長單幀建模的一個(gè)既簡單又有效的方法,但由于植物形態(tài)的復(fù)雜性,其數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)一般采用長度不等的鏈表來存儲形態(tài)數(shù)值,這不但給特征點(diǎn)位置的設(shè)計(jì)和存儲帶來困難,而且影響圖形顯示速度.為此提出一種利用小波描述子來刻畫植物器官形態(tài)的方法.以植物葉片輪廓的建模為例,先構(gòu)造出刻畫葉片輪廓形態(tài)的形狀函數(shù);再用周期小波級數(shù)進(jìn)行逼近,從而獲得個(gè)數(shù)相同的小波級數(shù)系數(shù),可用統(tǒng)一長度的數(shù)組結(jié)構(gòu)來存儲不同種類植物的葉片輪廓.針對3種不同植物葉片輪廓的建模實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法能較好地保持葉片輪廓,具有建模速度快和圖形顯示多分辨率等優(yōu)點(diǎn),且可以推廣到植物其他器官輪廓和骨架的建模.
[Abstract]:It is a simple and effective method to assemble the whole plant by using the plant animation parts. However, because of the complexity of plant morphology, the data structure of the whole plant is usually stored by a list of different lengths. This not only makes the design and storage of feature points difficult, but also affects the speed of graphic display. A method of describing plant organ morphology using wavelet descriptors is proposed. The modeling of plant leaf contour is taken as an example. The shape function describing the shape of the blade contour is constructed first, and then the coefficients of the same number of wavelet series are obtained by the approximation of the periodic wavelet series. The uniform length array structure can be used to store the leaf contours of different species of plants. The results of modeling for three different plant leaf contours show that the proposed method can keep the leaf contours well. It has the advantages of fast modeling speed and multi-resolution graphical display, and can be extended to the modeling of other organ contours and skeletons of plants.
