【摘要】：正作為浙江省杭州市打造"天堂硅谷"的核心區(qū),杭州市高新區(qū)集中了浙江省25%、杭州市60%以上的高新技術(shù)企業(yè),動(dòng)漫游戲業(yè)等產(chǎn)業(yè)集群優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯。近年來(lái),杭州高新區(qū)通過(guò)政策引導(dǎo),營(yíng)造環(huán)境,以建設(shè)全國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)中心為載體,把文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)作為轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式的重要著力點(diǎn),使文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)成為杭州高新區(qū)的新"名片",也使杭州動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)躋身全國(guó)前列。
[Abstract]:As the core zone in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, to build "paradise Silicon Valley," the Hangzhou High-Tech Zone has concentrated on 25% of Zhejiang Province. In recent years, there have been obvious advantages in industrial clusters such as high-tech enterprises, animation and games industries, and so on, with more than 60% high-tech enterprises in Hangzhou. Hangzhou High-Tech Zone, through policy guidance, creates an environment, takes the construction of a national cultural and creative industrial center as a carrier, and regards cultural and creative industries as an important focus in transforming the mode of economic growth. Cultural and creative industries become Hangzhou high-tech zone's new "business card", also make Hangzhou animation industry in the forefront of the country.
