【摘要】: 三維人臉建模是計算機圖形學(xué)和計算機視覺領(lǐng)域最根本。最困難的問題之一,也是近年來國際上最活躍的研究熱點。真實感人臉建模的研究在電影。廣告。人物動畫。計算機游戲。視頻會議。人機交互。醫(yī)學(xué)。公安安全等許多領(lǐng)域有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景,其中人臉識別是重要應(yīng)用之一。 目前的人臉識別方法主要集中在二維圖像方面,但由于受到光照。姿勢。表情變化等因素的影響,其識別的準(zhǔn)確度受到很大的限制。利用三維人臉模型是解決目前問題的有效方法之一。另外,隨著通訊業(yè)和數(shù)字娛樂產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,由計算機自動生成三維卡通人像的技術(shù)將得到廣泛應(yīng)用。以動畫?ㄍ。視頻及網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲。手機游戲等為代表的動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為許多國家的經(jīng)濟增長點。作為數(shù)字化動漫的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的三維卡通人像生成技術(shù),也值得深入探索。 傳統(tǒng)的三維人臉建模方法大多需要提取多幅圖像的人臉信息,再通過修改一般模型完成。形變模型τMorphable Modelυ方法是近幾年出現(xiàn)的三維人臉建模新方法,可以針對單幅圖像進行三維建模。雖然該模型同以往的參數(shù)模型。肌肉模型以及視覺模型相比,具有真實感好。自動化等特點,但目前該模型在模型建立。優(yōu)化等方面還存在諸多問題,在模型應(yīng)用方面也缺乏探索。針對上述問題,本文在形變模型方法的基礎(chǔ)上,對單幅圖像的快速人臉建模方法及應(yīng)用方面展開了研究,主要的工作內(nèi)容包括: 1)基于單幅圖像的三維人臉建模方法及改進。 在研究了三維人臉形變模型的方法的基礎(chǔ)上,針對其現(xiàn)存的一些問題,提出了改進的基于稀疏形變模型的人臉建模方法,順利地解決了傳統(tǒng)形變模型方法中需要將三維人臉庫進行像素級對齊的困難問題,實現(xiàn)了基于單幅照片進行快速三維人臉建模的系統(tǒng)。主要技術(shù)包括稀疏模型的建立,人臉圖像的檢測和特征點提取,參數(shù)的最優(yōu)化,以及幾何模型的彈性變形技術(shù)。另外,提出了基于膚色模型的皮膚紋理合成方法,通過引入膚色模型的插值技術(shù),增強了三維人臉側(cè)面皮膚的真實感和應(yīng)用價值。 2)三維人臉表情的合成。 研究了基于表情編碼系統(tǒng)生成表情的方法,將其應(yīng)用在三維人臉模型上,實現(xiàn)了靈活可控的三維人臉的表情合成。 3)三維人臉卡通化。 研究了計算機自動生成卡通人臉的技術(shù),并將其應(yīng)用在三維人臉模型上。提出了基于全局結(jié)構(gòu)和局部形狀進行自動特征夸張的人臉卡通化方法,實現(xiàn)了由單幅人臉照片生成多種不同風(fēng)格的卡通人臉技術(shù)。 4)人臉識別的應(yīng)用研究。 本文針對人臉識別中的光照和姿態(tài)問題,研究了基于三維人臉模型的人臉識別方法。利用三維人臉合成了多種姿態(tài),光照和表情的虛擬人臉圖像,用于補充訓(xùn)練樣本,增強了多角度人臉識別的準(zhǔn)確性和魯棒性。 通過對以上幾個方面的深入研究,本文實現(xiàn)了基于單幅圖像的三維人臉自動重建方法,解決了三維人臉建模及應(yīng)用中的一些關(guān)鍵問題,獲得了一定研究成果。
[Abstract]:The 3D face modeling is the most fundamental field of computer graphics and computer vision. One of the most difficult problems in recent years is also the most active research focus. Many areas of public security have application prospect broad, including face recognition is one of the important applications.
Current face recognition methods mainly focus on the two-dimensional image, but because of the influence of illumination. Influence factors such as changes in posture. The expression, the recognition accuracy is very limited. Using the 3D face model is one of the effective methods to solve the problem at present. In addition, with the rapid development of communication industry and digital entertainment industry, automatic generate 3D cartoon portrait by computer technology will be widely used. In the cartoon animation.. video and network games. Mobile phone game as the representative of the animation industry has become the economic growth in many countries. As a 3D cartoon portrait generation technology of key technology of digital animation, but also worthy of further exploration.
The traditional method of 3D face modeling mostly needs to face information extraction of multiple images, then by modifying the general model. The deformation model Morphable Model V is a new method for 3D face modeling in recent years, 3D modeling for a single image. Although the model with the parameters of the model. Compared with the muscle model and vision model is realistic. Automation, but the model established in the model. There are still many problems in the aspects of optimization, model application is also a lack of exploration. Aiming at the above problems, based on the deformation method, fast face modeling method for single image and application aspects of the research. The main contents include:
1) the method and improvement of 3D face modeling based on single image.
Based on the method of 3D morphable models, aiming at some problems of it, and proposed a face modeling method based on improved sparse morphable model, successfully solve the traditional deformable model need to be 3D face database of pixel level alignment problem, realize the system of three-dimensional face based on the modeling of a single photo. The establishment of the main technologies include sparse model, face image detection and feature extraction, parameter optimization, and geometric model of elastic deformation technology. In addition, the skin texture synthesis method based on skin color model, skin color model by introducing interpolation technique, the 3D real face skin sense and application value.
2) synthesis of 3D facial expression.
The method of expression based on expression coding system is studied, which is applied to 3D face model, and the expression synthesis of flexible and controllable 3D face is realized.
3) 3D face cartoon.
Study on the automatic generation of computer cartoon technology, and its application in the 3D face model is proposed. The method of automatic face cartoon features exaggerated global structure and local shape based on the cartoon faces from a single face image to generate a variety of different styles.
4) the application of face recognition.
Aiming at the face recognition of illumination and pose problems, research on face recognition method based on 3D face model. The gesture was synthesized by using 3D virtual face images, light illumination and expression, used to supplement the training samples, enhances the accuracy and robustness of the multi angle face recognition.
Through in-depth study of the above aspects, this paper implements a 3D face automatic reconstruction method based on single image, which solves some key problems in 3D face modeling and application, and achieves certain research results.
