甘肅省慶陽市民俗文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】: 近年來,民俗文化產(chǎn)業(yè)由于受人口、資源、環(huán)境等因素影響小,且具有高附加值等特點(diǎn),以一種“軟實(shí)力”被國內(nèi)外及各級政府部門所重視并加以大力開發(fā),同時(shí)也取得了可喜成績。經(jīng)調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)代文化產(chǎn)業(yè),例如出版、動漫、電影電視等產(chǎn)業(yè)和城市,特別是國際化的大都市,是各國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域研究的重點(diǎn)。像紐約、倫敦、巴黎、東京、多倫多、甚至中國的上海,都是專家學(xué)者們關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn),但作為大家非常重視的民俗文化,至今好像還沒有被系統(tǒng)地列入各地乃至各國的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃當(dāng)中。本人經(jīng)多方調(diào)研了解發(fā)現(xiàn),民俗文化在經(jīng)濟(jì)相對比較落后的地區(qū)容易形成具有地方特色和發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ漠a(chǎn)業(yè)基地,并帶動當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)和社會快速發(fā)展。例如我國西藏的雪域高原文化基地、云南麗江民俗旅游基地、井岡山紅色旅游基地、寧夏西部電影城和近年來參觀人數(shù)勝過故宮的山西喬家大院等足以說明這一點(diǎn)。所以,中國民俗文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,與其他文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所需條件大不相同。換言之,它能夠跨越區(qū)域自然條件和生存狀況的藩籬,扎根在大江南北、長城內(nèi)外,邊疆海島。近年來,甘肅省慶陽市立足傳統(tǒng)民間文化的搶救、保護(hù)、開發(fā)與創(chuàng)新,大力開發(fā)以香包為代表的民間民俗文化產(chǎn)業(yè),努力將文化資源轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)資源,將文化生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)化為財(cái)富生產(chǎn),使全市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會呈現(xiàn)出產(chǎn)業(yè)驅(qū)動、全面提速、快速發(fā)展的生動局面。本文想通過近幾年來甘肅省慶陽市所舉辦的“中國·慶陽香包藝術(shù)節(jié)”對慶陽民俗文化產(chǎn)業(yè)化的開發(fā)、帶動與發(fā)展所起的積極作用予以探討,進(jìn)行定性、定量分析研究,提出有利于慶陽乃至甘肅省發(fā)展民俗文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的策略與建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, folk culture industry has been paid more attention to by domestic and foreign government departments and government departments at all levels because of its small influence on population, resources, environment and other factors, and has the characteristics of high added value. At the same time, gratifying achievements have also been made. Through investigation and research, it has been found that modern cultural industries, such as publishing, animation, film and television industries and cities, especially in cosmopolitan cities, are the focus of regional research on cultural industries in various countries. For example, New York, London, Paris, Tokyo, Toronto, and even Shanghai, China, are hot topics of concern to experts and scholars, but as a folk culture that everyone attaches great importance to, Up to now, it seems that it has not been systematically included in the cultural industry planning of various places or even countries. I have found out through various research and understanding, Folklore culture is easy to form industrial bases with local characteristics and potential for development in economically relatively backward areas, and to promote the rapid development of local economy and society. For example, the snowy plateau cultural base in Tibet, Yunnan Lijiang Folk Custom Tourism Base, Jinggangshan Red Tourism Base, Western Ningxia Film City and Shanxi Qiaojia Courtyard, which has seen more visitors than The Imperial Palace in recent years, are sufficient proof of this. Therefore, the development of China's folklore culture industry, In other words, it can transcend the fences of regional natural conditions and living conditions, and take root in the north and south of the river, inside and outside the Great Wall, and in frontier islands in recent years. Based on the rescue, protection, development and innovation of traditional folk culture, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, vigorously develops folk folk cultural industries represented by incense bags, and strives to transform cultural resources into economic resources and cultural production into wealth production. This paper aims to develop the industrialization of Qingyang folk culture through the "China 路Qingyang Xiangbao Art Festival" held in Qingyang City, Gansu Province in recent years. The positive role of driving and development is discussed, qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out, and the strategies and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of folk culture industry in Qingyang and even Gansu Province.
