【摘要】：本文在波特"鉆石模型"成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合IMDWEF國際競爭力評價體系方法,建立了蘇州市動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力模型和評價指標(biāo)體系;在此基礎(chǔ)上運用層次分析法,對蘇州市動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力影響相關(guān)因素進行分析,找出存在的問題,提出了提升蘇州動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的對策。
[Abstract]:Based on the results of Porter ' s Diamond Model , this paper establishes the competitive model and evaluation index system of animation industry in Suzhou based on IMDWEF international competitive evaluation system . On the basis of this , the paper analyzes the factors related to the competitiveness of animation industry in Suzhou and finds out the existing problems , and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of animation industry in Suzhou .
