【摘要】：正認(rèn)真總結(jié)思考管理論文的寫作,也是各級管理者應(yīng)當(dāng)重視的一項工作,對于研究管理、提升管理十分有益。為此,筆者結(jié)合工作實踐,選擇部分評審論文,解剖分析案例,談?wù)剬懽鞯乃伎俭w會。近年來,筆者參加有色金屬工業(yè)協(xié)會組織的管理論文評審工作,其中拜讀了不少優(yōu)秀的論文。這些論文主題突出,論述邏輯縝密,論據(jù)說服力強(qiáng),具有理論創(chuàng)新性和實踐推廣性,對有色金屬行業(yè)加強(qiáng)企業(yè)管理具有借鑒指導(dǎo)意義。但也有部分論文不盡人意,沒有達(dá)到提煉、總結(jié)、示范的效果,表現(xiàn)平平�？磥�,認(rèn)真總結(jié)思考管理論文的寫作,也是各級管理者應(yīng)當(dāng)重視的一項工作,對于研究管理、提升管理十分有益。為此,筆者結(jié)合
[Abstract]:It is also a work that managers at all levels should pay attention to, which is beneficial to the research and promotion of management.Therefore, combining with the work practice, the author selects part of the review papers, anatomically analyzes the case, and talks about the thinking experience of writing.In recent years, the author participated in the evaluation of management papers organized by the nonferrous metal industry association, among which many excellent papers were read.These papers have prominent themes, careful logic, strong persuasive arguments, theoretical innovation and practical popularization, which can be used for reference and guidance for non-ferrous metal industry to strengthen enterprise management.But some papers are not satisfactory, did not achieve refining, summing up, demonstration effect, the performance is mediocre.It seems that the writing of management papers is also a work that managers at all levels should pay attention to, which is very beneficial to the research and promotion of management.Therefore, the author combines
