1. Introduction to the Topic:
Although, the global standardization is continued with much more zeal and fervor as it offers a number of advantages and benefits, the fact is that localization approach towards international marketing is also gaining significance, particularly taking into consideration different products and services that are considered culturally sensitive (Cateora & Graham, 2006). The global standardization and localization arguments are continuing and different international marketing experts and theorists have their own point of view. It is worth mentioning that there is no best approach that always provide all the benefits, rather the use of global standardization or localization vary from time to time, and market to market as well as that product offered by the organization (Hollensen, 2007). Realizing the significance of the issue, efforts will be organized in this paper, to critically investigate that how the localization approach provide the best benefits as compared to global standardization.
