本文是留學(xué)生論文Literature Review，主要內(nèi)容是通過文獻(xiàn)參考分析會計執(zhí)行如何幫助管理者在業(yè)務(wù)組織在不同部門的公司工作，，以更好的決策。

Chapter 2 - Literature Review:
According to Meigs, et al., (2008), accounting has been termed as the language of business. Accounting performs a vital business function as it helps managers in business organization working in different departments of the firm to take better decisions. American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) long before observed, "Accounting has actually been information system and if we are more precise, accounting is the practice of general theories of information in the field of effective economic activities and consists of major parts of the information which is presented in the quantitative form" (AICPA, 1966). In turn, Baker & Jacobsen, (1998) has pointed out that if one wishes to observe the quality of decision making within an organization, one should look at how the accounting information system within the organization is functioning and performing its due role. It is because, the quality of decision making within a firm depends on certain information and, it is usually the accounting information system that enable decision makers to perform better their stated functions effectively and efficiently.
