地果的轉(zhuǎn)錄組學(xué)分析(英文)

為探究地果(Ficus tikoua)的遺傳變異特征,利用Illumina HiSeq-2500平臺(tái)獲取地果的基因表達(dá)譜。結(jié)果表明,共獲得了197 362個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)錄本,總長(zhǎng)度和平均長(zhǎng)度分別為114 072 125和577 bp。使用BlastX和BlastN共注釋了139 992個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)錄本(占總數(shù)的70.93%)。從3個(gè)品種葉片和莖的6對(duì)樣品中,分別鑒定了12 397、12 340、10 373、94 431、71 830和44 465個(gè)差異表達(dá)基因,以及注釋了126、129、125、134、138和137條代謝途徑。這將有助于理解地果的遺傳特征,以及不同組織中代謝途徑的變化。
