蒙古國橡膠瀝青的使用研究

  隨著全球的工業(yè)化和發(fā)展,每年機(jī)動(dòng)車數(shù)量不斷增加,會(huì)產(chǎn)生數(shù)百萬的舊輪胎。每年全球輪胎銷售量約有14億個(gè)。由于產(chǎn)量大且耐用性有限,這些輪胎成為了最大和最有問題的廢物來源之一。許多研究項(xiàng)目和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用證明,在瀝青中添加膠粉改性劑是提高瀝青性能等級(jí)和提高瀝青性能的有效方法。這也為廢棄輪胎的處理提供了一個(gè)環(huán)保的選擇。在本研究中,研究了利用碎橡膠來提高瀝青混合料性能的可能性。除此之外,本研究旨在探討添加不同比例的膠粉對(duì)瀝青混合料性能的影響,并與國內(nèi)外規(guī)范進(jìn)行比較。研究還旨在確定熱拌瀝青中添加膠粉的最佳重量百分比。在瀝青混合料中加入橡膠屑(0.6 mm)。采用馬歇爾混合料設(shè)計(jì)程序,首先確定最佳瀝青含量(OBC),然后進(jìn)一步測(cè)試改性后混合料的性能。本研究中共制備了(30)個(gè)樣品,12個(gè)樣品用于測(cè)定OBC,其余樣品用于研究添加不同比例的橡膠屑對(duì)瀝青混合料的影響。按瀝青混合料重量計(jì),OBC為5.4%。除對(duì)普通瀝青混合料進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)外,還對(duì)添加了四種重量百分比膠粉的混合料集料進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)(10%、15%、20%、25%和30%)。試驗(yàn)包括穩(wěn)定性、體積密度、流量和空隙率的測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明,膠粉可以方便地作為瀝青混合料的改...
