熱解半焦催化熱解污水污泥制備輕質(zhì)焦油

污水污泥的處理是全世界急需解決的課題之一,它的排放不僅污染環(huán)境同時(shí)也是資源的浪費(fèi)。熱解是污泥等碳質(zhì)資源提質(zhì)利用的重要方式之一,但是污泥的高含氧量和高含氮量的特點(diǎn)限制了其熱解提質(zhì)。該論文在下墜式管式反應(yīng)器中研究了污泥的催化熱解,旨在降低熱解液體產(chǎn)物中含氮和含氧類有機(jī)化合物(ONSs和OOSs),提高生物油品質(zhì)。實(shí)驗(yàn)選取了三種不同類型的催化劑用于污泥快速熱解揮發(fā)分的催化重整,分別是鈣基催化劑(CBCs:白云石和Ca O)、過渡金屬催化劑(TMCs:Ni/Al2O3、褐鐵礦和Co Mo/Al2O)和通過離子交換-碳化法制備得到的褐煤半焦基催化劑(C700)。實(shí)驗(yàn)在500–700 ℃的反應(yīng)溫度下考察了不同催化劑對產(chǎn)物分布的影響,細(xì)致分析了生物油的化學(xué)組成,并進(jìn)步一揭示了該過程中的氮遷移路徑。該論文主要在從以下四個(gè)方面下進(jìn)行了結(jié)果討論:產(chǎn)物分布,氣體收率,焦油組成和氮分布。首先考察的是熱解產(chǎn)物的碳分布,反應(yīng)溫度對產(chǎn)物的碳分布影響較大。在非催化熱解下,當(dāng)溫度從500升高至700 ℃,半焦的碳產(chǎn)率降低,這可能與焦...
